The owner told me there will be a "$50 diagnostics fee" that he said isn't really a fee and that the $50 will go towards whatever repair they do but they just call it that so you don't take it anywhere else to have it fixed after they diagnose it. They called and said they couldn't fix my vehicle and that I needed to take it to a "professional mechanic" to have it fixed. When I asked him to replace the seal at the bottom of my windshield he told me he wasn't going to because it wasn't the reason for the leak even though I requested for it to be changed due to it being almost completely deteriorated. This is the "owner" ERNEST TORRES who is telling me he won't replace it and said I still need to pay them $50 when I pick up my vehicle all so they could collect $50 for pouring water on my windshield. He Refused to do a service that I requested for that $50 to go towards. He was rude, talked over me and told me to take him to court before he hung up on me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Abilene Safelite apologizes time and again on multiple reviews like this as if it's a popularity contest. Instead of playing games they need to get it right and run a service business. They go nuts if they hear a knock or doorbell on tv, when a real one happens it's mayhem. Apparently they had the wrong phone number, however they had the correct email, which i was checking often since getting up at ten am. Did not receive an email until 115 pm. Called to reschedule and was informed that the debit/ credit system is down and they will require cash or check. Its 2021 guys get paypal already nobody carries cash or checks.
