Auto Spa is awesome. I have to say the reason why I was interested is because 1)reading prior reviews, both owners were engaged with their customers. Spoke to them on a personal level & felt at home with them. They even offered a ride once i dropped my car for service. 2)The quality of work they did was phenomenal. 3)Accommodating with whatever situation you might have within reason. Because of time constraints they told me to come back to get my interior detailed because they werent able to get to it. Atleast they were honest about it. 4)facility was very clean Only bad thing about them is they're pricey. I really want to reap the benefits of their product and i hope it works as they advertise. Not all of the best stuff comes in at the most expensive price. Only one complain about this place but i will most definitely be returning! read more

Not pleased. After washing my Grand Cherokee after spending winter in Pennsylvania I decided I'd splurge on a full detail rather doing it all myself. The text confirmation had me booked for a large truck/ van/ 3 row SUV. My grand cherokee is a 2 row SUV, so I'm not sure why I paid the same price ($350) as an Escalade, but whatever. When I dropped it off I showed her the problem areas on the bottom of my rear doors where rock salt had really done a number over the winter. She told me there's a few different things she can try and if she has a hard time with it she'll give me a call. I didn't get a call. In fact, I called them twenty minutes before closing to check the status and was told it was done. I go to pick up the Jeep and we both approach the vehicle together and the problem areas look exactly the same. She told me it looks like it's etched into the paint and they can try a paint correction for more money ($150), but can't do it for another 9 days. What happened to trying a few different things? What happened to giving me a call if that didn't work so I can approve trying something else? I do take responsibility for misunderstanding what a full detail includes, although it was never explained to me by the shop aside from saying "full detail inside and out." I was under the impression they would be cutting, polishing, and waxing the vehicle. The reality of it is they wash the car and apply some sort of quick detailer spray. It's basically a glorified car wash for hundreds and I would have never agreed to pay that had I known this beforehand. And to top it off, it wasn't even a very good car wash. The inside of the windshield looks awful, there was tree sap spots still on the paint as if no effort was made to remove them, the lift gate jamb wasn't cleaned at all, and the windows were still wet when I drove away leaving water marks on them and the doors. When leaving I scheduled another appointment for 9 days later for them to work on the problems spots on my 2 doors. After I got home and looked everything over I decided that I would be nuts to spend additional money, bringing my total to $500, for the quality of work that's done here. I pulled out my DA polisher, some ultimate compound, polish, and wax and did the doors myself. I was able to get the tree sap off with a little bit of goo gone and 5 minutes of effort. July 2026 I took my 2025 Denali GMC to the Auto Spa for scratches on my truck. Got the estimate and so I gave them my business. What a disaster! 4 hour job done 8 hours later. Now the bad part, Auto Spa couldn't match my paint and now looks like it was done with a fingernail polish brush that wasn't even smooth with the original paint job. They said they would have to have wet sanded the scratches,,,,well then why didn't you? Said, that would cost more! What?? That's what I took it there for! Stay away from this place. I'll be looking for someone to now fix their mess. Wowwww read more

Leslie Sepeda (owner) and The Auto Spa crew are the best no matter what service you require. They removed a dent for me and you can't tell it was ever there. Recently I took them a very dirty (coffee stained mats and a lot of dog hair) 11yr old car with yellowing headlights and picked up a car that looks brand new - headlights crystal clear. I had my 4Runner detailed at Auto Spa on Monday. I called about 9am, and they said they could get it in THAT DAY! It REALLY needed a lot of attention! There was a lot of dog hair in the carpet in the back end--and I think they got every hair out! Wow! My car looks as good as it did the day I bought it! They have also detailed my '66 Mustang convertible, and they did an equally wonderful job on it. I HIGHLY recommend Auto Spa! This is the only place I'll take my vehicles! read more

I highly recommend Abilene Auto Spa. I took my husband's work vehicle in to have it completely detailed. The Tahoe was looking really dirty inside. I told him I knew how bad of shape the vehicle was in. I wanted to get it cleaned up in order to sell it. Wow! The Tahoe interior looked like it had just rolled off the showroom floor! I'm not cheap, but 40$ for a basic wash and too vacuum out the car. For that amount, there should be drinks and food being served or they should be coming to my house. Holy Smoke. I'm from Los Angeles and for a basic wash and vacuum, most places out there charge 15-20$. Los Angeles is one of the most expensive places to live, but nowhere charges like this. But this place, I hate to think that this place over charges folks, but yes they do. My car will be dirty a few more days, until I get a minute to wash it myself. 'Keeping it real' read more

Got me in at the last minute to take care of a child's accident on my car seats and they took care of it completely without hesitation!

Obviously, the review before me was fake as hell and written by an employee. I took my truck there to get detailed, they ripped my seat during cleaning and the guy denied it. He was a chicken shit and just couldn't be honest. The seats came out nice and clean but they damaged my driver side seat. Ripped the material. And lied. I got a good discount obviously but I'm not going back. The front desk was nice about it and apologized but if they would have just been honest it would have been different. Lame. read more

We always take our cars to Auto Spa because they always do such a fabulous job. They do all our car washes and their ceramic paint sealer is incredible. Small nicks/scratches, hail dings, or bigger, more challenging problems? These folks know how to do it all and they handle every job as if it was for their own mom. Planning to sell or trade? Took my 2011 Ford F-150 to Auto Spa today and got a brand new truck back! Amazing customer service, they even got a hug I was so happy well worth the $$ to have this done because it's the cleanest my truck has been since I bought it. Too all my "Car lovers" out there that just don't have the time or patience to wash and detail their cars, Auto spa has you covered. I tried touch less car washes, and the hard water spots left behind were just as bad as the dirt I washed off. That's when I met Hazel the owner of Auto spa who is passionate about detailing cars. I went in there thinking I knew what I wanted but she educated me on the processes of detailing and gave me a recommendation to best suit what I wanted and fit my budget. When I got my car back, I was blown away by the difference they made and the mirror shine it had. They also offer different cleaning packages from the basic quick hand wash to full blown all day detail. I took my Tundra in for a complete detail inside and out so, that I could trade it in on a new truck the following day. I work pipeline and my truck is my office so, between the mud and living in the truck 12 to 16 hours a day you can imagine how dirty it was. They did a great job getting it clean every crack and crevice. I feel that I got more for my trade in because, of the job they did. I would recommend them to anyone. read more
