I drive for Uber/Lyft so I need to have a clean car. I have been an unlimited member now for about a year. I love it. I have it washed anywhere from once to three times a week (depending on the weather). Car always looks great. Employees are very nice and wave and smile at me. (Maybe because I am there so much). At least once a month I have them clean the inside of my car. Looks great when they are done. One time they missed something. I brought it the their attention and they cleaned it without any attitude. I also use them to change my oil. What can I say; fast, friendly and they don't try to sell you air filters everytime. Truck was not even clean when washed. Windshield still had dirt an bugs on it. Front end and tailgate still dirty. She'll polish and tiresome add on is a joke. Will not return to this car wash. I'd rather do it myself than pay to have it washed then it come out looking half assed. read more

I've been there more than a few times and I'm not sure why I keep going. I usually end up cleaning the inside of my car myself afterwards. I suppose it gives me a good place to start. The worker who takes my money is usually friendly. The ones who take my keys are normally kind. However when I come out to pick up my car in the front, there are usually several spots still dirty on the inside. I honestly wish there was somewhere better nearby. I did ask them to clean a few spots a bit better next time and they didn't seem interested and kept talking to the other worker next to them. I know I could do it myself but I pay to do the drive through so I figured I should get a good service on the inside too. read more

We spent $50 to get our vehicle detailed. We did not get our money's worth at all. They only spent 3 minutes cleaning the car, after it rolled through the wash. It was clear that they didn't even wipe down the seats. A lot of dirt was left on the back of the vehicle and the tires. They didn't even lift up the wiper blades to clean under them. And we paid extra for them to clean the bugs off the front. Lots of bugs were left. We will never go back to a Mister Car Wash. read more

The prices are $20+ to get a wash and they say the include vacuuming however my car still had fur and the carpets weren't touched. Took less than 15 mins and you can tell. You'd be better off washing your car at home or just paying for coin operated vacuums. Also the air freshener is a spray not like the trees or pouches you place under your seat. Only giving a 1 star because 0 stars isn't an option. I would like to let everyone know just how awful this company is to its employees and customers. Firstly the management will fire employees for actions due to mental disorders from trauma as a young child. They will write employees up for the simplest of things such as "not smiling" and ultimately fire them for the same reasons, 1 week AFTER receiving a "most improved employee" award. Secondly they will willingly ban paying customers for "making an employee feel uncomfortable" by slipping a singular curse word into a sentence. The word was not used derogatively about anyone and anything in particular. And now, as the passenger in the vehicle when the curse word was used, who never said a word while in the car I have also been banned. When asked why I was banned the next day when going to get my car washed they could not give me a straight answer other than the fact that I am associated with the person who cursed. I understand that I may very well be banned now because I couldn't control my mouth because I was upset, but at least this instance was due to my own actions. I have stayed silent on this matter for 6mo and this was the last straw when someone of the management could have simply confronted us to ask our side of the story and give us a warning on the offense, but no, straight to banning. This company and its management are hypocritical and condescending. read more

So I live in the Austin area and I pay for the full service $69 package, and never had a problem in this town. However I came to this location and I had an employee come up to me saying that I will have to pay for the service even when I have the service in Austin already paid for. Personally I find this outrageous and insulting. There website states I pay a monthly subscription of 69$ a month for washing nation wide. And this one city will not accept this. I'm taking this to corporate and filing an compliant on top of this review of the horrible behavior there employed showed me. He was over aggressive and show zero understanding in there system not communicating with other city's. And on a side note to that. My car had to be sent in more than ones to get it cleaned correctly. Dirt was still all over the exterior and dust and dirt all over my dash and sets. read more

This was my first time here. The entire reason I came to a full service wash was so my wheels would get properly cleaned. When I arrived I asked about the different packages as related to the wheel cleaning and was told that all packages include the wheels getting cleaned but the platinum included a polishing to "really make them shine." I thought since I was already splurging on a full service wash just for the wheels, I might as well pay a little extra and get the polish. When I was told I was ready to go.. this is what the extra money spent got me on my wheels. What was the point of me getting the so called platinum package again?!?! Ugh. I enjoyed my experience at this Misters car wash. The lady I pulled up too was very informative and answered all my questions about the unlimited club service I was asking about. I signed up and received one free interior cleaning which was great and done completely with fragrance. Terrible service. I pulled up with no line and was told 20 minutes. It was close to 30 before it even came out to dry. Then, they have 2 lanes of people working on the inside and drying the outside, but no rhyme or reason to how they are placed. My car sat in one lane for another 15 minutes while cars that came out after mine were going through the other lane. When I asked what the hold up was, I was told the cars in front of mine were getting platinum services which take longer. When I told them after 45 minutes that I was quoted 20 minutes their solution was to tell me to take the keys and just not have the service done that I paid for. Meanwhile, car after car is being finished in the other lane. Don't ever go here unless you have an hour or more to sit around and wait. Slowest place I've ever seen for a car wash and it's unfortunate because there's just very few full service places in this town anyway. read more

Well, I rarely write a review on the first visit, cause it is with outstanding or very poor. I spent an hour at the place. I picked a short line to get marked in.....but it was the slowest. Some "Jackwagon" left his Camero and waked away. Well, now I'm blocked in, can't back up and both lanes on either side are flying through. Finally made it to vacuum station and walked in to pay.Very heavy sell for "Ultimate Package". Wash it often, pay a bunch.....thank you, no. Every person....gees! So, I'm waiting for the car and notice all these people picking up their car driving back in for a redo of something... Now I know the back up at the other end. This is the WORST wash I've ever been to. I paid fir the "platinum " wash and my car was worse than BEFORE I came here! Soap spots completely covered my car, my windshields and windows were so bad i could barely see out of them and to top it off, while I was trying to get the soap spots off I noticed my car got damaged!! My front bumper and side panel was damaged INSIDE The machine!! Of course I called them and they never answer or call back. Save your money and your vehicle and go someplace else!!! read more

So I haven't been to this place since it was Four Seasons and I have to say I'm not impressed. I went for an oil change; they quoted a price, then time to pay my bill and it's $30 higher than the quote. The excuse I received was that the quote was for 5 quarts not 8. Turns out they charge almost $8 a quart after the first 5; straight up theft as far as I'm concerned. I informed them that they should let people know that up front; before the service. This oil change was double the price of having it done at the dealership. Then I go to get my truck washed, that took an hour and it's still dirty. I will not recommend and won't be back. Coming here was a waste of money. I came out of the car wash with almost all of the dirt still on my car, and a lot of small scratches on the doors. I just got this car and it's my first time taking it to the car wash, so the fact that there are now scratches all over it is very upsetting to me. Just had my car Express washed exterior only. It was all automated with nice touch of actual people. Paid $10 to have all exterior cleaned with the bottom washed too. I was hesitated to go to this place because of some review said they had their car scratched but I didn't experience any of those. I paid with card at the machine when enter, people cleaned my car first briefly for big spots and let me enter the drive through wash. Then all the machine cleaned with different soaps and stuff, and again, people used clothes to dry up the rest of the water to look shiny and clean. It was satisfactory and I will return when I need my car to shine again. The only downside is there are too many cars trying to move around so you just gotta be careful in the lot. read more

I'm new to Abilene, so this was my first (and last) visit here. I wanted to detail the interior and hand-wax my truck myself, and I brought it here for a good wash first. I usually go to the self-wash, but I decided to splurge just this once. I'd just returned from a trip to Dallas, so it was dirty, but not that bad. The people at this place are super friendly, thus the second star. But when I got home to do my waxing there was still bird poop on the hood and bugs on the grill. I had to take it to the self-wash place and spend another $2 and a little elbow grease to get it done right and make it clean enough for waxing. This is in addition to the $10 wasted at "Mister". Live and learn. This place is good if you want "quick, effortless, and expensive" rather than "thorough". read more

Very long wait, watched my car sit parked for 30 min before finally asking if I could drive it through the wash myself. One girl moved it while another lady asked me "what did I expect with this many people here?" Seems like they are short staffed, so if the owner reads this, or even cares- please adequately staff your business, or don't expect others to return to your business. CHECK YOUR SKID PLATE! I have taken 2 different cars here for a service and both times they have not put all the screws back in my skid plate. On my hummer the plate is very heavy and the damn thing fell partially off and scraped the road and threw sparks and caused a big scene! Very embarassing not to mention it was pouring down rain and got soaked trying to figure out what had happened. With my current vehicle I checked after getting back to work and guess what only 3 of the six screws are there!! And they lost one of my valve stem covers. They are fast at changing oil but that isnt a good thing if they are half ass doing what they should. I wont be going back! Spent $75 for them to lose half my parts on my vehicle. read more

I absolutely LOVED this place when it was Four Seasons. Now it is just awful! The outside of my car looks great. The inside looks just same as it did before I took it in. This has happened twice now. I thought it was just a fluke the first time, so I tried again with the same results. Since then, it has happened to my husband and sister. I've always hated getting my oil changed because I feel like every time I go, I'm told that I need to get something that I don't really need. (I feel that girls always get taken advantage of at most car places) Not here! They just came back to tell me everything looks good and that I don't even need a new air filter yet. Incredible! If I could give this location no stars I would. I had an appointment set for a detail and on my way I called to let them know I was lost. The girl who answered the phone told me they were closed and there were no detailers there today. I asked her if anyone was going to call me and let me know seeing I had a scheduled appointment. She told me to hold on she would ask the manager. After placing me on hold she said the manager wanted to reschedule me. I refused. I had to wait forever both in the car and after I got to the front of the line and they were not that busy--just slow. Staff are just standing around talking to each other like its always break time.
