Despite warning reviews, I needed a car wash and this place was convenient to my location... I…read morepulled up & an attendant was stationed by the intake/electronic cashier/car wash option station ;). It was early morning but I couldn't help but feel bad for her standing in the sun & heat. She greeted me immediately & was friendly and prompt. I got the $20 car wash despite said bad reviews. I had driven about 600 miles & bugs were obviously pretty caked on my Jeep so I figured I better go all out in my wash... I mentioned the layers of bugs from the long drive & she marked my windshield w a neon yellow or green dry-erase marker. **I noticed as I pulled away that she didn't hesitate to disinfect the screen I just touched. *VERY COOL, Mr. Carwash!!** I went through the first time and the bugs were still caked on the front-end bottom portion of my vehicle when I stopped to review it. There were also SEVERAL spots that surprisingly hadn't been touched at all during the wash: rear window was still filthy & untouched at the top of it, most windows still were dirty in random spots, the side panels were still dirty as well. Unhappy with the lack of results, I pulled back around to the entrance & showed the girl the bugs & explained the other problem areas. I appreciate she was very quick to amend the situation & typed in my wash herself on the screen and then walked back behind her to the little office area, I suppose to override my re-entrance... she marked on my front windshield again (ineligible to me) and radioed to the actual washing attendant who then pre-sprayed & scrubbed my front-end & windshield as quickly as humanly possible again... again smiling, friendly, but efficient - I came out the second round with the same issues but didn't have time to revisit this cycle. Overall my Jeep was much cleaner, obviously. I feel firmly that for $20, my truck should be bug free & without so many dirty areas on the body panels & most all windows after the wash. You'd think that would be physically impossible with that crazy cool car wash!

I went through a second time and it still didn't... I'm hoping next time it'll be a better experience.. Definitely not worth the $26 dollars a month to go to another car wash to get my truck clean..

Not pleased. After washing my Grand Cherokee after spending winter in Pennsylvania I decided I'd…read moresplurge on a full detail rather doing it all myself. The text confirmation had me booked for a large truck/ van/ 3 row SUV. My grand cherokee is a 2 row SUV, so I'm not sure why I paid the same price ($350) as an Escalade, but whatever. When I dropped it off I showed her the problem areas on the bottom of my rear doors where rock salt had really done a number over the winter. She told me there's a few different things she can try and if she has a hard time with it she'll give me a call. I didn't get a call. In fact, I called them twenty minutes before closing to check the status and was told it was done. I go to pick up the Jeep and we both approach the vehicle together and the problem areas look exactly the same. She told me it looks like it's etched into the paint and they can try a paint correction for more money ($150), but can't do it for another 9 days. What happened to trying a few different things? What happened to giving me a call if that didn't work so I can approve trying something else? I do take responsibility for misunderstanding what a full detail includes, although it was never explained to me by the shop aside from saying "full detail inside and out." I was under the impression they would be cutting, polishing, and waxing the vehicle. The reality of it is they wash the car and apply some sort of quick detailer spray. It's basically a glorified car wash for hundreds and I would have never agreed to pay that had I known this beforehand. And to top it off, it wasn't even a very good car wash. The inside of the windshield looks awful, there was tree sap spots still on the paint as if no effort was made to remove them, the lift gate jamb wasn't cleaned at all, and the windows were still wet when I drove away leaving water marks on them and the doors. When leaving I scheduled another appointment for 9 days later for them to work on the problems spots on my 2 doors. After I got home and looked everything over I decided that I would be nuts to spend additional money, bringing my total to $500, for the quality of work that's done here. I pulled out my DA polisher, some ultimate compound, polish, and wax and did the doors myself. I was able to get the tree sap off with a little bit of goo gone and 5 minutes of effort. Lesson learned: If you want something done right, you do it yourself.
