Looks like a brand new place. Instead of having employees who clean the front of your car as you enter they have a self clean station. This is not good because there are only two spots that seemed to always be occupied. The automatic wash seemed to go good while I went through it with the car. However, it left spots all over my car. So dirt is gone but sticky bugs remain on front of car and the whole car looks bad because of all the spots. Recommend visiting at night when not busy to be able to use the self clean station.

Brand new car wash!

I actually rate Watershed 3 stars, but I'll explain. I went to the Four Seasons car wash since they opened. As prices slowly went up, I griped, but they were still the best in town. Then, Mister came to town. I did not like them from the beginning, and refused to go there. Then Four Seasons broke my heart when Mister bought them. Prices immediately went up till It was $20 to take a ride through the soapy tunnel. I found a little self service drive through for $14, and I was happy. Then Watershed started building 2 new car washes. At last, some competition for money hungry Mister! I was excited! Well, now they have opened, and alas, their top drive through price is also $20. I'm sorry, but driving through a car wash is just not worth $20. I got the $6 bottom wash just because the car was so dirty. They do a very good job, which is why I gave 4 stars. But I will continue going to my little self serve for $14. Heres wishing you a clean car!

I've tried them twice but won't again. They do a terrible job! Front and back still filthy!

Auto Spa is awesome. I have to say the reason why I was interested is because 1)reading prior…read morereviews, both owners were engaged with their customers. Spoke to them on a personal level & felt at home with them. They even offered a ride once i dropped my car for service. 2)The quality of work they did was phenomenal. 3)Accommodating with whatever situation you might have within reason. Because of time constraints they told me to come back to get my interior detailed because they werent able to get to it. Atleast they were honest about it. 4)facility was very clean Only bad thing about them is they're pricey. I really want to reap the benefits of their product and i hope it works as they advertise. Not all of the best stuff comes in at the most expensive price. Only one complain about this place but i will most definitely be returning!

Not pleased. After washing my Grand Cherokee after spending winter in Pennsylvania I decided I'd…read moresplurge on a full detail rather doing it all myself. The text confirmation had me booked for a large truck/ van/ 3 row SUV. My grand cherokee is a 2 row SUV, so I'm not sure why I paid the same price ($350) as an Escalade, but whatever. When I dropped it off I showed her the problem areas on the bottom of my rear doors where rock salt had really done a number over the winter. She told me there's a few different things she can try and if she has a hard time with it she'll give me a call. I didn't get a call. In fact, I called them twenty minutes before closing to check the status and was told it was done. I go to pick up the Jeep and we both approach the vehicle together and the problem areas look exactly the same. She told me it looks like it's etched into the paint and they can try a paint correction for more money ($150), but can't do it for another 9 days. What happened to trying a few different things? What happened to giving me a call if that didn't work so I can approve trying something else? I do take responsibility for misunderstanding what a full detail includes, although it was never explained to me by the shop aside from saying "full detail inside and out." I was under the impression they would be cutting, polishing, and waxing the vehicle. The reality of it is they wash the car and apply some sort of quick detailer spray. It's basically a glorified car wash for hundreds and I would have never agreed to pay that had I known this beforehand. And to top it off, it wasn't even a very good car wash. The inside of the windshield looks awful, there was tree sap spots still on the paint as if no effort was made to remove them, the lift gate jamb wasn't cleaned at all, and the windows were still wet when I drove away leaving water marks on them and the doors. When leaving I scheduled another appointment for 9 days later for them to work on the problems spots on my 2 doors. After I got home and looked everything over I decided that I would be nuts to spend additional money, bringing my total to $500, for the quality of work that's done here. I pulled out my DA polisher, some ultimate compound, polish, and wax and did the doors myself. I was able to get the tree sap off with a little bit of goo gone and 5 minutes of effort. Lesson learned: If you want something done right, you do it yourself.
