I was offered a one month trial. I went to our city's 2nd location at a later date and was again offered the one month trial. Mistakenly thought my trial had expired as they said the computer reads the license plate number for info, I agreed to another trial. I realized a couple of months later that I was still not only paying for the "trial", I was being charged twice, once for each location! I wasn't told you need to cancel the trial membership nor that it was only for that location, although I admit I hadn't thought to ask If I'd thought to go to the website first, those things were probably noted. The car wash itself is very good, quick and I would recommend using it, although you need to be aware of the above factor before signing up at the gate. I will use it again but as I don't drive often I don't wash the car often, so my usage would be better as a per need payment. read more

Be careful going through this car wash as this happened to my wife's car as she went through and then are denying any responsibility because they're saying it's from previous damage...which it definitely was not from any previous damage because there wasn't any previous damage. read more

My friend had a terrible experience here. After going through the car wash and leaving a tip, he went through again and was refunded both the tip and the wash. Looks like a brand new place. Instead of having employees who clean the front of your car as you enter they have a self clean station. This is not good because there are only two spots that seemed to always be occupied. The automatic wash seemed to go good while I went through it with the car. However, it left spots all over my car. So dirt is gone but sticky bugs remain on front of car and the whole car looks bad because of all the spots. Recommend visiting at night when not busy to be able to use the self clean station. read more

I actually rate Watershed 3 stars, but I'll explain. I went to the Four Seasons car wash since they opened. As prices slowly went up, I griped, but they were still the best in town. Then, Mister came to town. I did not like them from the beginning, and refused to go there. Then Four Seasons broke my heart when Mister bought them. Prices immediately went up till It was $20 to take a ride through the soapy tunnel. I found a little self service drive through for $14, and I was happy. Then Watershed started building 2 new car washes. At last, some competition for money hungry Mister! I was excited! Well, now they have opened, and alas, their top drive through price is also $20. I'm sorry, but driving through a car wash is just not worth $20. I got the $6 bottom wash just because the car was so dirty. They do a very good job, which is why I gave 4 stars. But I will continue going to my little self serve for $14. Heres wishing you a clean car! read more

I've had my membership a little over a month. I bough the most expensive one at $35 per month. The wash never got all of the bugs off of my car, which is brand new by the way and isn't that dirty. so when I asked if they have a bug treatment they said there is a bug pre treatment. so when I went for my next wash, i saw it. it was one you have to do yourself and it was broken. this car was is brand new - barely been open more than a month. the manager could not have been more rude. He said it was not his fault it was broken, and offered no other solutions other than the name of his General Manager Scott Smatana. which I'm sure I spelled wrong. then he immediately scanned my bar code to disable my membership. Needless to say, I would never recommend this sub par car wash. I will be going back to Zips- at least they are nice to you there. read more

I bought the membership being told I could cancel at anytime. I have gone to try to cancel my membership online and it asks for the ReCaptcha. I put that in time and time again each time stating I had failed to put the correct one in. I have had several people watch me put the code in CORRECTLY and it still states that I failed to put the correct code in. It's making it impossible for me to cancel my membership. I have called and had to leave a message to try to speak with someone. I will not be getting another membership since it appears to be impossible to cancel it online whenever I want to. I love this car wash. The vacuums work great, and I love that they provide damp cloths for wiping down your car. I had a problem with my membership, and the manager was so kind in helping me get it sorted out. In my opinion, this is the best car wash in town! read more

This place is absolutely horrible the management is the problem at this place! I went to get a car wash and I came out with my car fin/ antenna broken I walk into the office explaining that it's no longer on my car and they went into the tunnel to look for it came back out said to me that it should just clip back on... However it didn't just clip back on it was broken off. Filled out an incident report the manager was supposed to be back the following day due to her being on vacation and we were told she would give us a call first thing in the morning waited the whole next day drove back there spoke to another worker and we asked if the manager was here , she was but she is busy. They said she would give us a call waited about 3 more hours after no call spoke to the manager didn't even apologize or seem sympathetic about the situation and told us they gave 48hrs to contact us but this whole situation seem as if it's on there last thing to do and here we are day 2 still no response from anyone. And at the end all they could do is give me a $100 gift card .-. read more

I do not recommend this car wash at all unless you want to be buying a new tire. I went in with all four tires completely normal and when I got to the end of the car wash, my car got stuck and I wasn't able to get out. I finally got through & went to vacuum my car and my front tire pressure was at 2. Two of the workers were really really kind and helped me put my spare on, & found a hole & cut in my tire (probably caused by getting stuck in the tracks)!!! The manager guy was not much help. He kept saying that what happened to me in there didn't happen because he looked at the video & I didn't get stuck. He offered to give me a gift card of $25 to their car washes, but why would I go to a car wash whenever I have to buy a new tire after? Maybe it was just a freak thing, & I wouldn't be as mad if they would have at least followed through with what they said they would do (which was help compensate for the tire). The managers customer service was not great. If anything goes wrong there, you probably wont get any help from him read more

I am a pretty fussy guy who loves and has a lot of cars. If you get a premium wash I TV hink it does an excellent job. I have two unlimited memberships and the staff is always extremely friendly. I just moved here from Colorado and this wash is on a par with what I used there. read more

I had stopped going to this car wash for a while bc it doesn't clean my car good... so after months I give it another try. And I am very offended by the actions at the this car wash. I was scrubbing the bugs off my car, and the mnger comes over and start draining the sink to fill it with clean solution to clean the bugs off our cars. Next thing a lady in a white charger pulls up between Me and the other customer who are bug washing our car. The manager then approaches me and ask if he can use this brush to scrub that charger that has just pulled up. Not thinking I say sure...sit back down in my car and wait for him to scrub the other car. While sitting there I started thinking, what makes her better than me? Why was the Mgr scrubbing her car and no one else's? How was it right for him to take the brush for me to scrubbing the next person's? Why does he change the solution for one person? Why am I so disregarded? Treated as irrelevant, or as valued as the next customer? As today is a new day I am still bothered, bc this was a very unprofessional act. The manager then gave me 2 of the best car washes, at which my car still covered with bugs. I will.not be back and if anyone ask I'll let them know this was my experience with this car wash. read more
