He said to come ASAP and I went right then. They were able to get the paint off of my car and you can't even tell it was there! What a win! Their lobby was spotless and they had coffee, water, and popcorn for waiting customers. The lady who answers the phone and greets people was courteous and friendly to everyone she spoke to-whether it was in person or on the phone. I am so grateful to Tyler and the technician who scrubbed my car. I hope I don't need a collision center again soon, but if I do I know FOR SURE where I'll be going! Big Country Collision was very patient with me and took the time to help me understand what exactly was going on with my window and was able to get the parts I needed and have it repaired by the time I got off work the day I brought it in! They also found the best deal for parts so I wouldn't have to spend a fortune. I was able to get my window fixed for less than a 1/4 of what the other repair service was going to charge me. I'm incredibly grateful for them and being willing to help me out, even for something very simple. I will definitely come see them first if I ever need to come back for something.!
