The owner told me there will be a "$50 diagnostics fee" that he said isn't really a fee and that the $50 will go towards whatever repair they do but they just call it that so you don't take it anywhere else to have it fixed after they diagnose it. They called and said they couldn't fix my vehicle and that I needed to take it to a "professional mechanic" to have it fixed. When I asked him to replace the seal at the bottom of my windshield he told me he wasn't going to because it wasn't the reason for the leak even though I requested for it to be changed due to it being almost completely deteriorated. This is the "owner" ERNEST TORRES who is telling me he won't replace it and said I still need to pay them $50 when I pick up my vehicle all so they could collect $50 for pouring water on my windshield. He Refused to do a service that I requested for that $50 to go towards. He was rude, talked over me and told me to take him to court before he hung up on me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Abilene Safelite apologizes time and again on multiple reviews like this as if it's a popularity contest. Instead of playing games they need to get it right and run a service business. I have a 2020 charger scat pack and wanted some true carbon fiber trim installed, along with some paint matched parts. The carbon fiber trim requires drilling, and most anywhere else in town and surrounding areas declined the job because of such. Jason was the install tech and was absolutely great to be around and chat with. Thomas also gave suggestions for future ideas for my car & even gave me a free wrap estimate. Although they are a classic restoration place, they made us feel welcome and apart of the car family with our 2020 scat! Great people and even better company. I won't go anywhere else. My car has never looked better.
