Still haven't refunded me for putting the wrong part and connector into my car therefore making my temperature gauage broken. I fixed it myself and saw that because they put the wrong part in (I asked multiple times for them to fix and they said no) the part got hot and actually melted to my car having the potential to burn my car down. Would not trust this place with my car hope they can improve in the future but not worth getting my car potentially on fire again to give them another chance. read more

Got me in and out in no time. Offered me a ride to my house, turned out I didn't need it but glad to know it's available.

Took in car to get engine overheat issue fixed, they told me it was the Coolant sensor so I ok the Repair. Still had the same issue when I got my car back and the temperature gauage no longer worked. They replaced the wrong sensor and pigtailed a new wire to it to make it connect to the harness. After sending car back to get issue fixed after I sent them proof via email like they requested to get the mistake fixed and right sensor & connector added they did not fix the issue and returned the car back to me with the same issue I originally came for, A now broken temperature guage, and now negative $422 read more

I cannot say enough good things about this place and the guys who work here. I was traveling from Wisconsin and my fuel pump went. They got my car in the same day and started working on it right away. Thank goodness because all the motel rooms were booked for the weekend and we would have had no place to stay. They gave me a very fair price for the work, as well. They are highly, highly recommended!! The guys are so friendly and really went out of their way for me. My car was wrecked on February 11th, today is April 17th, I've been told on several different occasions they've started on repairs and it would be done by "the beginning of next week." And I was told 7 days ago by an employee that they were putting the finishing paint touches on it and it'd be done by the end of the day. I talked to the owner today and he informed me that they can't find a wheel, lost and re-ordered the wrong parts for my bumper and have a appointment on Monday, (April 20th) to fix the back windshield. Although according to my insurance claim sheet and pictures, my windshield wasn't broken. Now I'm not saying they don't have loyal customers that they do very well jobs with, all I'm saying is if you're a 19 year old girl who is sweet and understanding, and want people to take advantage of your time.. this is the place to go. **Also, my boyfriend called and spoke with Jeff and was cussed out because he asked the question, "Well when the hell will it be finished." After talking for 2 minutes and getting the run around from "Fast Jeff" beating around the bush about my repairs, and also called me a liar after telling me they lost my wheel and I told my boyfriend about it.
