The owner told me there will be a "$50 diagnostics fee" that he said isn't really a fee and that the $50 will go towards whatever repair they do but they just call it that so you don't take it anywhere else to have it fixed after they diagnose it. They called and said they couldn't fix my vehicle and that I needed to take it to a "professional mechanic" to have it fixed. When I asked him to replace the seal at the bottom of my windshield he told me he wasn't going to because it wasn't the reason for the leak even though I requested for it to be changed due to it being almost completely deteriorated. This is the "owner" ERNEST TORRES who is telling me he won't replace it and said I still need to pay them $50 when I pick up my vehicle all so they could collect $50 for pouring water on my windshield. He Refused to do a service that I requested for that $50 to go towards. He was rude, talked over me and told me to take him to court before he hung up on me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Dodge house in Abilene called for this shop to help me get the 3rd window in the back get replaced…read more Man was quick to come give estimate, and stated will be a few days. he called back and told me the guy who loads the glass dropped lots of glass and one was mine. I told him " it happens". He tells me he will overnight it and will call me when it is here. I waited five days and called him back as I had not heard from them. I was then told may not be able to get it , but will call me back when ready. Its been two plus weeks and still no word from them. I called Torres Auto Glass three days later he is at my job putting the glass in at a cheaper price. Thanks Torres Auto Glass. P.S.
