So when my car just stopped pulling into a gas station to gas up for a family trip to the coast last in May the weekend after graduation for my son it was very disappointing. when we purchased the car in May of last year we opted for buying a service plan after listening to them tell me how great it was and I could have piece of mind that if something happens mechanically and I get stuck on the side of the road that Volkswagen service department and their team of trained technicians would be there to take care of it. Well after a week and a half we finally were able to get a loaner vehicle. When we walked into the service department there were two ladies behind a desk one watching something on an iPad and the other one had her back to us didn't even look up until we asked someone to help us. The young lady who had her back to us spun around in her chair and sighed as if she was very put out with us. Then she asked for my insurance. I explained that the papers were in my car which was in their garage she told me that she had already told me I needed to bring those things and this was just going to take some time and without allowing me to answer or respond she grabbed a paperwork off the desk and took off in the back I can only assume to go look for my insurance paperwork in my car when she came back she still had a horrible attitude like I was causing her some great inconvenience. And now here we are 4 Weeks later we had to contact them and I still don't know what's wrong with my car and no explanation as to why nobody's working on it except that they're short-handed I have little faith in a company who hires special technicians that are supposed to be trained who don't know their products I feel most of us could have probably watched enough YouTube videos to figure it out by now. So long story short I personally do not choose to do business with any company who can't fix their own products and I don't pay money to be talked down to or treated poorly this experience has made me decide that I will probably sell the car as soon as I get it and get somebody purchase one through someone who would at least give me decent service if I had to bring my car in I said on Google when I bought the car I was a customer for life and I have referred many people including my own daughter to buy their cars from there and I wish I had never done it I advise anyone thinking of buying a car from Volkswagen I would just say that you're good unless something breaks but don't expect anybody to help you if it does and don't get suckered into paying for the extra coverage waste of money.
