We didn't plan on an alignment and two tires within the first month but the lesson is learned. Pay attention to all the details. That said, once aligned the truck drives great. 100% something a dealer should do before flipping a trade in. There's no excuse. The guys were nice and they got a good rate. So a few stars are earned but the disappointment after the fact means a couple are lost.

I wanted to leave and they would not simply just cancel and shred this I had to reiterate and explain. I don't know how many times I said I was no longer interested in wanting to leave and they kept trying to manipulate everything I said. I was way too polite to these people don't bother with them. Really gross low brow behavior.
