I was told it was the starter, and Arrow Ford replaced the starter. This did not fix the issue. I was then told it was the fuel pump, and Arrow Ford replaced the fuel pump. This is the 2nd time driving an hour one way bc they have called to say it was ready and now there is massive door dings with chucks of paint missing, and multiple scratches, they tried not replacing a wiring harness that was burnt by covering it up with tape. They have been told now 3 times that we will NOT except this vehicle until it is the way it was when we brought it to them! 3/26/24-Had meeting with Ron Hall, Nelson, and Bo to discuss vehicle, discovered more body damage and they cracked the front camera while in Arrow Ford possession! They blamed it on crackheads walking through the lot! Just to let you know from the first call this morning about this situation, it was very unprofessional from Arrow Ford! When I receive a 2nd call with a definite answer, I will share the details! I scheduled my first oil change a week in advance on my new 2024 F-250 Purchased from Arrow Ford in March 2024. I live 50 miles from the dealership so it's a two hour round trip. No one bothered to contact me and let me know my appointment would be delayed due to a scheduling screwup, even though I'd made the appointment a week before and they had my contact info. Upon arrival I was told it'd take an hour because of the scheduling issue. It took 2 hours. When I purchased my F250 from Arrow Ford in March, I was "guaranteed" free oil changes for life by the salesman and the contract man, but when I arrived at the dealership for my first oil change, I was informed that they'd benevolently give me a $50 discount and would I'd only pay $149 for my "free" oil change because it's a diesel engine...like they didn't know that when I bought it and they did the paperwork. So, "Caveat Emptor", buyer beware, Arrow Ford will lie through their teeth to sell a vehicle, then stab you in the back when you come in for service! I went in to Arrow Ford (Quick Lane) on September 27, 2024 to have them check my battery. My service technician was very friendly; however, my overall experience ended up being quite unpleasant. I explained to the technician that earlier that morning my vehicle would not start. Quick Lane claims to have tested my battery and they suggested that a $125 recharge would prolong the life of the battery. $300 would replace the battery. Joe said "Recharging usually fixes the problem and will prolong the battery life) I opted to pay $125 and recharge. LESS THAN 3 hours later my car was again exhibiting all the same problems & barely cranked. I do not see why Arrow Ford couldn't simply test the battery to see if it was good or bad. I gave them $125 and they did nothing!! I went to Lawrence Hall the next day., they tested the battery and found it to be bad. The recharge at Arrow Ford seemed to be shady business dealings. Arrow Ford and I have since played phone tag without any resolution. I would have purchased a new battery had I been informed that the battery was bad. Purchased a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee May 2024, wish I had not, but I needed a car and didn't wanna risk buying from a personal seller. My salesman Randy couldn't get me the car I wanted 2020 Chevy Malibu for less but ended up getting me this truck for a little more.. ended up being the worse decision. First week I got it I got the windows tinted $250. 2nd week I drove to forth worth to get a sound system installed $600/$700 . Mind you on the way there the check engine light came on after 20/30 mins of being on the highway. I text my salesman and let him know. He's like take it to AutoZone and let me know what they say... ok. I take it next day when I get back in town. It's the torque converter clutch. He's like ok bring it in we'll get it checked out. I take it to him they had my car for a week and claimed they couldn't find nothing wrong with it. I'm upset because I left the print out of the what was wrong with the car on the seat. How y'all can't find it I gave you the code just fix it already! I'm not trying to pay all this money for a car that I really didn't want just to have issues and other things wrong. June comes we end up taking a trip to Oklahoma. On the way back the check engine light comes back on. Im feeling some way like how they can't find nothing when I know what it is and I'm not a mechanic. A car shouldn't break down after you leave the lot! My girlfriend bought a 2015 Kia from here and literally watched the engine break down we were stranded CPI insurance was closed... I have a 2015 HYUNDAI and had it for 4 years! AND with more wee mileage than the KiA OPtima by the way same maker same engine recall. honestly sad to see being her situation. So let me say this be careful of these people I'm pretty sure the reset the engine light setting and a lot of other stuff looked at car fax said nothing about engine or anything dealing with that needing work I had to drive her home 10 hours just because of your faulty cars. Well today I learned a hard lesson. I bought a car 09/19/23. When I test drove the car the breaks were squealing and the front end pulled to the right but I loved the car and the sales man, Randy, told me I could bring the car back in to have those things repaired. Well I work a lot and I work at 6 in the morning so not exactly easy to get it there. Today I dropped it off by 8 when they opened and they had my car ALL DAY long. Brakes were not fixed because they said i had driven the car 3,000 miles. When I was able to show them that I have not driven it 3,000miles, close but not quite , the answer changed to it passed their inspection and I didn't have it in writing. Fortunately my front end alignment is covered but it wasn't done today because they had to order parts. I asked for an estimate of when I could expect parts to be in and was told they have no idea. I asked exactly what they did with my car today from 8-5 and was told they addressed the check engine light but they couldn't tell me what exactly they addressed and rudely let me know my car wasn't the only car they had in the shop. My salesman was super friendly and helpful UNTIL he sold me the car and then today when I asked why I had to call at two for an update he let me know he was basically too busy to call me with updates. Basically once he made his sale his whole attitude changed. I feel like they or he was very dishonest in making it sound like repairing the brakes and front end alignment would be quite simple when it obviously isn't. This is the third car I've bought from this place and this particular salesman and I've always been pleased with them but after my experience today I can guarantee it will be my last purchase from them. I've never felt like a car place has screwed me over until today**** edited to add that today when I originally asked about the brakes the salesman told me my brakes were fine! When I asked why they were squealing his boss came out and was the one who rudely told me my back brake pads needed to be changed and reiterated they would not be covered. I could not recommend this dealership less. My own experience was a very disrespectful one immediately after agreeing on a sales price. The finance employee I spoke with belittled me over what he thought to be my situation and ridiculed for not accepting his insurance other add ons. In addition an associate of mine had a similar experience at Arrow Ford. The dealer lied to multiple times about the history of the used vehicle he purchased and was not willing to state that it was formerly owned by a rental company. On top of all of this the finance staff , Mandy Davidson, again displayed their disrespectful nature by mocking my associates while doing paperwork and telling him "you're screwed" in regard to his new vehicle purchased from Arrow. Once the complaint about Mandy Davidson, was submitted, one of the "managers" Andrew was not willing to listen and rather was only worried about getting the customer out so he could go home. I bought the Ram 1500 used with every warranty possible. Within 2 weeks of purchase, the starter failed. Arrow replaced the starter and returned the vehicle. A loud "clunk" sound started coming from the new starter when starting the vehicle. They then replaced the starter a second time. The sound has not gone away to date. After an additional few weeks, I found several other issues cropping up. The battery reserve is less than 20 minutes. This should have been covered under the warranty that Arrow provides. I also had some form of shifting of the frame/suspension started in the rear end (at least that is what 2 other shops in town told me the day after I picked up the truck). There was a code in the computer (U1286 I think) as well. I was unable to fill the vehicle with fuel because the filler neck had dirt behind one of the doors supposedly. I spoke with a sales manager after posting a poor review on Google in regard to the service I received. An agreement was made at the time that they would look at the truck and provide me with a rental car at no cost if I removed the Google review. I agreed to give them another chance and removed the review. I received the rental car and turned my truck over to Arrow for repair. After 2 weeks of having the truck, they told me that the battery was weak, the flywheel had damage, they were unable to determine what the code in the computer meant, and they were unable to figure out the "clunking" of the truck. They took the truck to 2 local Dodge dealers for diagnostics. After all of this, just shy of 3 weeks, I was told that my truck was available for pickup and that everything was working as expected. No repairs were completed. In conclusion, after a starter failing just after the purchase of this 2020 Dodge Ram 1500, I have had nothing but issues with the vehicle. I have owned it for less than 2 months (which most of the time the truck was in Arrow for "repair"). I have had to speak with managers, check daily on the status of the supposed repairs that would be taking place, and have had my truck returned with no repairs or issues resolved. I sincerely regret purchasing a vehicle from this company. I have spoken to another shop here in town and will be taking any further issues to them as soon as possible for repair. read more

On Friday afternoon I buy a new Ford -150. After roughly 20 minutes later the dashboard shows low tire. Salesman says bring it back. I did. Service says they can't find any thing wrong with any of the tires. Salesman says watch the tire pressure everyday. Monday it is obvious there is a slow leak. Take it back to Arrow Ford. Can't look at it for 2 hours per service. I ran out of time. They remembered me. Thursday I take it to Discount Tire because it's obvious that tire losing air. In 5 minutes Discount Tire shows me a chalk line and a circle drawn around a screw leaking air. It was a brand new truck and I "thought " they would at least look at the tire. I was happy that Discount Tire found my problem, I paid them and I was on my way. I went by Arrow Ford and no matter who I spoke with they were having nothing to do with it. If it was not covered under warranty seems like they would told me how much it would cost but no one even did that. My neighbor bought a truck from Arrow Ford and his response was "aren't they awful" before I said anything. The salesman, who is part time and a student told me I had to call him to make an appointment for service. What do you do if he isn't at work? If they can't fix a tire, then how can I trust them to work on my truck? The general manager is certainly not interested. The more people I speak to about Arrow Ford service the more it appears to be common knowledge that Arrow Ford does not give a damn. I am extremely disappointed with the auto repair service i received here for my 2012 ford fusion. I had to go back muiltiple times to have them fix the same thing that should have been repaired the first time correctly its been months and my car never had internal damage from the accident it was in but panels inside that they removed to fix it are not sucured and are fall off my car. Unfortunately it has been 2 weeks and I still have yet to receive payment for the vehicle I sold to them. I have contacted them multiple times and they told me I have to wait until they have the E title in hand even though the lean was removed over a week ago. Due to this delay I haven't been able to purchase a new replacement vehicle yet and when following up on the status of the title, I was given the cold shoulder and just told to wait and there were no exceptions to their rule. read more

They refused to return my messages to have them replaced, even after they said they would replace them. When I test drove the truck, then decided I wanted to buy it; the truck had a white custom grill on it. The next day while I was at work the salesman came to my work for me to sign the paperwork and my husband picked up the truck later that evening, I realized the following day when I walked out to look at the truck in the daylight; my damn grill was swapped for the generic black one!!! WTH THEY WONT ANSWER MY REPEATED ATTEMPTS TO HAVE THIS FIXED ALSO!!!!! They lied to us through the entire process and won't answer any messages, that says a lot about this dealership and their lack of integrity as well as caring for the customer! I asked about a vehicle early during the week she took an entire day to give me information and when she did give me information it was only because I asked again. I sent her my information to work out a deal she took another 3 hours to get back with me again I had to initiate the conversation. Only to tell me 30 minutes later I missed out on the vehicle. I missed out on the vehicle I was wanting because she was unable to provide customer service and refused to help me and I guess decided others were more important (she told me she was helping other customers both times that's why she didn't answer me) than selling the vehicle I inquired about. Just received super star help from Leslie in the DMV/document processing department of Arrow Ford...our company (based in CA) was having an issue with registering a truck in CA that Arrow had taken in on trade and then sent to auction to be purchased by the dealer we eventually purchased it from. After a little backtracking I called up Arrow and connected with Leslie and explained my issue...after we both shook our heads at the nitpickiness of CA DMV she got right on contacting the owners that did the initial trade in and got them to come back to the dealership to sign off (AGAIN in another random spot) on the title...then overnighted it back to us.
