RUN DON'T walk DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ARROW FORD! THEY BLOCKED MY PERSONAL ACCOUNT on Facebook, BECAUSE THEY DON'T WANT YOU TO SEE THE TRUTH AS TO WHAT TYPE OF DEALERSHIP THEY RUN!! RED ALERT-should be able to give them a negative star review! Arrow Ford now refuses to Honor the Arrow for Life, was told by Ron Hall, he said he was told by his boss Shana Kevil, GM that they will NOT honor Arrow for Life that it is at "their discretion" nor with they honor the work that was caused by a fire in their service shop nor the body damage that was caused while my vehicle was in their possession, because they did their due diligence! Because I am a woman and they knew my husband was out of town working I was lied to and deceived by both Ron Hall and Gilbert Aguirre because they both assured me, they would honor their work on 6/18/24 to drive my vehicle home and left my husband look over it when he got back in town had I known they were not MEN OF THEIR WORD my vehicle would have never left the lot! This is the true meaning of SHYSTERS, and this seems to be a common practice at Arrow Ford! Looks like I am not the only one who has had this type of issue! CHECK OUT POSTS ALL OVER FB under Mendy Brown! 12/15/23-Arrow Ford took possession of the vehicle for warranty repairs, while the service shop was doing repairs the motor was caught on fire! 12/21/23-Came to Arrow Ford to look at the vehicle and spoke with Bo, Shop Manager about the fire, he assured me that everything that had been burnt would be replaced. 1/24-Vincent called and said the vehicle was ready to be picked up, upon arrival multiple burnt wires were not replaced as well as multiple plastic pieces and insulation under hood and firewall had not been replaced, and there were still remnants of the fire extinguisher powder all under hood and on the motor as well as body damage! 2/24-Received call from Nelson, Service Manager that the vehicle was ready for pick up, all burnt items had been replaced as well as scratches/dings were repaired. 2/10/24-Arrow Ford, Abilene TX has had our vehicle since December 2023 bc their shop caught it on fire while doing warranty work. This is the 2nd time driving an hour one way bc they have called to say it was ready and now there is massive door dings with chucks of paint missing, and multiple scratches, they tried not replacing a wiring harness that was burnt by covering it up with tape. They have been told now 3 times that we will NOT except this vehicle until it is the way it was when we brought it to them! 3/26/24-Had meeting with Ron Hall, Nelson, and Bo to discuss vehicle, discovered more body damage and they cracked the front camera while in Arrow Ford possession! They blamed it on crackheads walking through the lot! Ron Hall personally guaranteed the work and that they would be warranty on it and would honor their work! 5/20/24-Met with Gilbert Aguirre Body Shop Manager to go over Body damages. 6/18/24-After 6 long months finally picked up vehicle, under the agreement/conversation that I had with Gilbert, Body Shop Manager to take the vehicle home and look it over with my husband once he got back in town and even if it was 3 weeks later, they would get in back in the shop and get it repaired. Body Shop had to get involved because of damages that were acquired while my vehicle was in the possession of Arrow Ford. Ron Hall assured me that they would honor their repairs done due to the FIRE that happened while in Arrow Ford possession! 6/26/24 2:43PM-sent a text msg to Ron Service Manager with concerns about the vehicle's transmission delay. 6/27/24 10:27am-got an unnerving phone call from Ron the Service Manager, about the client/service relationship between Arrow Ford and me as a customer pertaining to this vehicle. Waiting on a second call from Ron to verify the status of this client/service relationship. Just to let you know from the first call this morning about this situation, it was very unprofessional from Arrow Ford! When I receive a 2nd call with a definite answer, I will share the details! Ron said they would have to charge me to diagnose because vehicle didn't come in with transmissions issue, yet they replaced transmission harness and many other wires and motor modules to the fire they caused! 6/27/24 5:16pm-Ron Hall called said they will not Honor (Arrow for Life) that it was at their discretion and that they had did their due diligence with the Fire and body damages and would do NO MORE WORK! Neither Ron Hall nor Gilbert Aguirre will return calls or texts!

My son and I flew in from out of State to buy a truck. The salesman was great and Jeff in Finance was excellent when it came to customer service. If I ever find something here again, I will definitely buy from Arrow Ford!

Had to replace grill inserts they didn't even care to clean var out or wash it

Purchased a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee May 2024, wish I had not, but I needed a car and didn't wanna risk buying from a personal seller. My salesman Randy couldn't get me the car I wanted 2020 Chevy Malibu for less but ended up getting me this truck for a little more.. ended up being the worse decision. First week I got it I got the windows tinted $250. 2nd week I drove to forth worth to get a sound system installed $600/$700 . Mind you on the way there the check engine light came on after 20/30 mins of being on the highway. I text my salesman and let him know. He's like take it to AutoZone and let me know what they say... ok. I take it next day when I get back in town. It's the torque converter clutch. He's like ok bring it in we'll get it checked out. I take it to him they had my car for a week and claimed they couldn't find nothing wrong with it. I'm upset because I left the print out of the what was wrong with the car on the seat. How y'all can't find it I gave you the code just fix it already! I'm not trying to pay all this money for a car that I really didn't want just to have issues and other things wrong. June comes we end up taking a trip to Oklahoma. On the way back the check engine light comes back on. Im feeling some way like how they can't find nothing when I know what it is and I'm not a mechanic. They scheduled me for July 1, they had my truck for 3 weeks going on 4 and still haven't started on it. I will never purchase another vehicle from them or anyone here in Abilene! I don't even like Ford vehicle and jeeps not worth a crap!

I just wanted to take the time to share my experience with Lawrence Hall Chevrolet-Buick-GMC…read more I recently purchased a used 2023 Cadillac Escalade from them, and let me tell you how great Chris Chorn, the salesman from the used vehicle department, was. I'm from Arizona and found the vehicle on CARFAX, so I contacted the dealership. They transferred me to Chris, and right off the bat, he sent me really detailed pictures and videos of the car. That way, I wouldn't make the trip and end up disappointed over a scratch or something similar. He was completely honest about the car having a ding on the back and a cracked windshield, but assured me the windshield would be replaced if I bought the vehicle. Two days later, after great communication, I drove to Texas, and the car looked exactly as he had shown and described. I finally met him in person (he's a really outstanding guy), and he encouraged me to take it for a spin before buying. It drove amazingly. Unfortunately, the windshield technician brought the wrong windshield glass and couldn't replace it that same day, so Chris promised to send me a check for $620--the amount they were quoted by the replacement company. (Which I did) We went through finance, where I got GAP coverage and everything I wanted, without any pressure whatsoever. As a 39-year-old who's bought more than a dozen cars from dealerships, this was by far the best experience I've ever had. Thank you to Chris Chorn in sales and Lance Willson in finance for making this deal and experience beyond great. 10/10

I saw a pre-owned car online and messaged the dealership, and Adam responded immediately. He was extremely responsive and helpful with all of my questions. I explained that we live a few hours away but were very interested in the car. We set up a time and date to come see it, and Adam made sure the vehicle was inspected and fully detailed before we arrived. He didn't pressure us to look at other cars, didn't try to upsell anything, and was genuinely just a nice guy. After a quick test drive, my husband decided to buy the car. We were walked over to the F&I department to handle the paperwork. They knew we were coming in with our own financing and never once tried to upsell or push their financing options. The whole process was quick and painless--we were in and out in no time. Long story short: great customer service, fair pricing, and extremely easy to work with. Highly recommend Adam K. and Lawrence Hall Chevy.

My wife bought a new 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit at Star Dodge and we were so impressed at every step of the purchasing aspect AND the subsequent service received at Star Dodge, that I soon bought a 2018 Jeep Compass Trailhawk. The experience in buying my Jeep, and having one issue resolved after I had owned it a few months, I bought a Dodge ProMaster 2500 van. Star Dodge didn't stock the Dodge ProMaster I bought (found the "ProMaster of my dreams" in Wisconsin, bought it and drove it home. Even though I didn't buy the ProMaster at Star Dodge, they treated me like royalty when a warranty problem arose (had to replace the fuel tank) and I then became "branded" to not only Jeeps and Dodge and I'm now entertaining the idea of trading in or selling my 2012 GMC Sierra SLE 2500HD 4x4 for a new Dodge 3500 pickup at Star Dodge, because the service aspect is "day and night" difference at Star Dodge... I just wish they would stock BIG Dodge pickups in a color other than (yuk) WHITE... They had a ProMaster there when I was looking to buy one, but in WHITE (yuk) and white vans look like refrigerators on wheels, laid over on their side. The service rep we use their is outstanding and I have total faith in the service department and their mechanics. I'm a "happy camper" not that I'm going to turn my ProMaster into a mini-motor home... :)

Finally writing a review to let everyone know this place is the SHADIEST place I have ever bought a…read morecar from. First the guy sells me the car, I had seen the tires were most deff old and one was flat I made sure to mention to switch the tires out - a few days later I had to bring it to them after Walmart refused to air them up due to them being "outdated and cracked" I had to go there to let the man I spoke with who sold the car they forgot to replace my tires. He then tried to tell me too bad. I had to show him and threaten to call the better business bureau for selling me an unsafe vehicle. Showed him the date on the tires were WAY too old to be sold. He got angry and tried to threaten me. "You wanna play like that you don't want to do with me". I mentioned that if I left and we crashed it was their liability. A few months later I got a payment or two behind and when I payed it up he (the same guy) told me I was still behind another $300. I said how? And brought up my payment history - he laughed and said OH YOURE RIGHT. Oops Back in December I spoke to Shannon about deferment and mentioned I would be going through major surgery and would be out for 12 weeks - they said it should not be a problem I called in January again, payed my January payment and confirmed again- sent the paperwork January 26th. I called January 30th and again multiple days in a row after that to confirm everything was set - never headed back until today that I'm 2 payments behind. I asked what happened with the deferment They said they are unable to because policy apparently states it's once a year. I'm telling you I have had car payments many times and have never had such an issue I have not also heard of anyone waiting until 2 payments later to mention you "didnt get approved for deferment". Not to mention when she just called me two days ago and I mentioned "I asked to put a deferment in what happened to that" two days ago, she said oh ok - like she had no idea. So to me, it's seeming like they forgot to do it , and now that the payments were technically behind I didn't get approved. I asked to speak to someone higher and was denied. This place is the absolute biggest scam artist in Abilene and possibly Texas. I forgot to mention that back in July I had to take my car to Kia of Arlington where they suggested I SUE because they sold me a lemon. 15-16 KNOWN recalls. Had to have my catalytic converter and my steering column totally replaced! Which they also told me that if you have had one recall worked on the vehicle before (the previous owner) and you the new owner bring it in for known recalls it has to come out of your pocket. So let that also be known ! This place is SHADY. Buy a car from literally ANYWHERE else.

I understood the deductible also the car had supposedly had a recent oil change i only had it a month I had to put 2 quarts of oil in it. it had blow by. I do not recommend using this company
