On November 1st 2016, I pulled into the Arrow Ford Used Lot. Out came a wonderfully friendly man named Greg Nuckols. I told him I had been looking for a small used pickup for myself and had a payment in mind. I'm not used of driving big trucks but there was a super nice one in the lot I was looking at. Since I was so nervous I had him drive the truck for me. He stopped the truck at a gas station and we switched places. Well, Greg showed no fear. He was so calm and had a very reassuring voice that I was doing just fine. We made it back to the lot and I asked if he had any others in my price range. He found another and drove it to the front for me to look at. I didn't like that one. I said the first one I really liked was really nice but I would prefer a smaller truck. I asked Greg if Arrow had any on-line he could show me. We went inside pulled up the web-site and there it was a brand new 2016 Ford F150 XL single cab, short bed with a V6. (only had 3 miles on it) With rebates and a military discount it was in my budget and it is Race Red, it cost less than the used one I had first test-drove. When Greg found it on the New Lot and pulled it over, I knew that was my new truck. Test drive awesome. Started some paper-work to get some numbers, Oh yeah I thought I better call my husband and let him know about it.... He did tell me to go have fun when I left the house that morning. While my husband was heading to the dealership, I was introduced to Jerry Lindquester, of Accessories Sales, (being 4"11, I needed some step-sides.) Jerry was great, I was shown the brochure and got my estimates. The whole process was very friendly with no pressure, any and all questions were answered. I was shopping for an SUV and I needed to know how much trade in value of the truck we were trading so I filled out on line blue book page. within an hour so maybe sooner, I got a call from Lloyd from Arrow Ford (325-692-9500)( keep this number handy). He was and is very professional and pleasant to help with our trade in and financing. I explain to him I was just looking for SUV and will purchase one closer to the end of the year. He explain the discount that they have and emailed me information on Mitsubishi Outlander, the email had all the information to give to husband and they had the vehicle at the store. I set appointment for Saturday to come in, little while later Lloyd call me and said he will set up financing dept. to call me, I explain to him we would go through the loan company we already have. Lloyd said he could get me a better rate, He was right with the financing and got it right on the button where I wanted to have payments, Did I mention this was all done on the phone , Lloyd is a exceptional person and I have had a very pleasant experience with Arrow Ford. Also I spoke with Doyle Barker with financing a he had me set up within no time with financing and all the paperwork. Other experiences at dealership it would have taken all day .Doyle & Lloyd was such a great help that by 5 that day I was all go to have a new car, but wait that not all, Lloyd said we didn't have to come to Abilene they would deliver the car to us and pick up the trade in, by the time I had called my husband and told him all the news our new car was being cleaned . and was delivered to us that day. This review is towards the ford arranger dealership by arrow ford. After being denied a vehicle from other dealers in town I stopped by ford arranger. Should have went here first. After telling the salesman will Hopkins about having no credit and a small budget he pulled up a list of what I could get into that day. We test drove couple cars and finally settled on a winner. one owner Nissan with low mileage crisp and clean, considering no one wants a lemon I asked many question of how I would be safe. Will Hopkins answered all of my questions and also Informing me that the Nissan had a lifetime warranty on the motor and transmission. Also that all of their vehicles have to go under a full inspection of leaks, damages, anything of concern before they even hit the lot. Then we were discussing financing , they have a great "disappearing interest". the way this works is if you pay the first 3 payments on time it drops 3% next three on time 3% next three 2% and next three 2%..10% total off your interest in a year. Also if you set up auto draft that's another 2% off. I went from 21% interest to 19% to in a year 9% if I pay $500 towards my note that's another 2%. Honestly you couldn't beat this deal as long as your on time you can save yourself money. One thing concerned me , there was a pull to the right , which is simple alignment but I don't want to start spending money right away. Well long behold talking to William about it he got it fixed for me free of charge , couldn't be happier with this whole deal in two days I was driving my vehicle! After experiencing a major hail storm in my city, and having my previous vehicle considered a total loss, I was dealing with a lot including rental car agencies, insurance agents, claims reps, and more. Buying a car was not high on my list of things I wanted to do, but had to. Going to Arrow Ford made purchasing my new car a GREAT and PLEASANT experience, especially the service I received from Tara, Brant & Joshua. Tara provided me with initial phone assistance and helped me make sure I had all the documents I needed from my insurance claim to make getting a car that much easier when I did come in (VALUABLE information). Next up, Brant was my sales rep and he did an AMAZING job at helping me to find the vehicle I wanted, while also getting me into a brand new car, of the make and model I wanted, for almost the same price that the used car would have set me back. He provided excellent assistance throughout the entire process, answering all of my questions with no problems, and overall, I have no complaints. My experience ended with Joshua, to finalize the sale, and he was also extremely friendly (as was Tara and Brant) and helped to get me the deal I was looking for. Prior to moving down to texas I found Arrow Ford online. I loved the lifetime warranty on the engine and lifetime oil changes and the many more options they offer when buying a vehicle here. So I bought a new F150 and I couldn't be happier that I purchased the truck here. They gave me a great offer on my trade in which I was happy with. Sydney the women I dealt with from the sales department was hands down one of the biggest deciding factors of me buying a vehicle here. She went out of her way time and time again the make sure everything was to my satisfaction and my high standards. very friendly, fast and very helpful, but when one purchases a full warrenty and the parts on the truck that need replaced or repaired are not a coverd,then something smells fishey, also, when a part is covered,but the clerk mistypes the amount and then charges you the difference, then someone needs re training, thata right, instead of a amount told to me, a call was made to me later and I was given another cost, only higher, because of a mess up, no, I'm not paying for someones mistake, take it out of there pay, that wont happen again, and why should I pay over 2300 hundred for an nextended warrenty only to have to pay for the work anyways? way to go ford, real winers, I want to thank kathey Sutton who handled everything and really made me happy by setting everything straight and re doing my bill, she was great as well as the rent a car lady and the service deskmanager, you would think thant after a fellow purchases over 32 vehicles in over 30 years, he would get a little respect? , management only cares about the bottom line, profit and more profit, thank you have a good day read more

My sales representative Brandon Brown didn't try to up-sell me or show me anything at all other than what I was interested in. As soon as I pulled into the Quick Lane, someone came out to greet me. Then the "young" man seemed very knowledgeable about vehicles but not so much that he didn't listen to what I had to say. When I said, I thought I had my air filter changed last oil change, they looked up my last visit and told me it was the fuel filter. Then I remembered. Brownie Points! It was probably the fastest my F250's oil has ever been changed. There were not very many people ahead of me, that could have been why it went so fast. But I'll take it. I felt taken care of. The guys at the end talked with me about what I might consider getting serviced in the future with mileage in mind. They did not try to force anything on me. As a "woman" I felt like I was treated equally to a "man" that usually handles that kind of stuff. Don't get rid of these guys you have right now! our experience buying this minivan was very pleasant and professional and we actually enjoyed it and the reason we give five stars because the people we dealt with, especially Brandon Brown. he responded to our requests and answered all of our questions promptly, he made a video of the van and sent it to us so we can see it live, because we don't live in the same state, so it was hard to see it in person. he never lied to us or used pressure tactics he was really different than our experience's with other dealerships, and when we drove all the way to Texas to buy it, it was exactly the way he said it was, no problems of any kind. the finance manager Ms. Leslie Farley. she did a great job and was pleasant and took care of us, we thank them both they treated us very professionally with respect even though we are immigrants. which is exactly opposite what we have experienced lately so thank you very much. read more

Let me start by saying I was always skeptical of going to a big named dealership, was fearful of having one of those pushy car salesmen approach me, hounding me to get something I didn't want, until I gave it a try, I was approached by a gentleman by the name of SCOTT JACOBS, seemed to be very professional, however very approachable, after about 3 hours gone by, he was very helpful, not pushy at all, just simply led me to the car I was searching for based upon my criteria and answered all my questions with so much patience, I then drove off as a owner of a very reliable car that possessed all of my wants and needs. Was driving thru Abilene yesterday and wanted to stop off and check out a used F250 Arrow had been advertising online. Stopped off and my wife and I both got out to look at the pickup we were interested in, but no on ever came out to help us. After a few minutes of looking around and checking out the pickup we decided to leave. I've been in Sales my whole life and was really bothered when we drove off and you could see the sales guy sitting in the window watching us while he was leaning back in his chair. No attempt at all to come out or ask us if we needed help. We've been looking for a few weeks for the right pickup, and that could've been it, but I don't know that we would go back after receiving no service. Drove down the road to another dealership and the Sales guy was immediately out and helping us. Missed opportunity for sure. read more

Bought a 2016 F-250 last weekend. I could not have been happier with the service. I started with a call to Brant, who was busy when I got there, but met me at the door and introduced me to Clay, who got me started. Maria Carducci at Arrow Ford was fabulous. She was low pressure, easy to talk to, kind, and honest. Adam Ubias is very unprofessional. When asked to take care of my car's paint issue with the body shop he repeatedly lied saying paperwork had been sent it. Spent 3 weeks lying. Ended up having to go to Lawrence Hall Anson (a 30 minute drive) to get the car taken care of (a two day turn around). The car had defective paint and needed the bumper repainted. Between Adam and Brandy in the body shop my car was never going to be taken care. I then received an email response to this review from the salesman calling me "fucking ignorant" and a call from Shanna the owner defending his actions. I will never return! Did you know that every time you take your car in the original salesman gets a cut of what they charge you, why would I continue to support someone who called me that? read more
