On a cross country trip with a new to me RV, we could not get hot water. Hanner was right off the hwy so we decided to ask for their expertise. They went out of their way to help me. We were not looking for a repair as we had time constraints. They diagnosed that we did have an issue, and was not user error, and were able to narrow down the problem. I'm recently retired and a first time RV buyer and while shopping both in person and online for a decent price over the last full year, I found Hanner RV in Baird TX advertising THE very trailer on sale that I had been previously pricing. After contacting Jaylene Himes (Internet Sales) several times both over the phone and through emails she was happy to answer my many questions and do exactly as I had wanted for this new purchase...amazing even in modern times.!! When the day came along to pick up the trailer I couldn't believe my eyes and ears just how EASY Hanner RV made the entire process for me....they treated me like royalty in not only THE VERY BEST price I had found for this trailer but in their world class customer service and genuine customer care. They had me in and out in 2 hours for a new unit purchase....way shorter than buying a new truck takes and their employees that I dealt with seemed to be the happiest people on the planet.!! Jennice Hughes (Finance Manager) took care of the juicy details including a place to acquire the registration for the trailer in the same town that I'm relocating to, and Mike Rhodes (Service Tech) had the trailer winterized/ready, willing and able for me to pick up. He worked on the double anti-sway hitch installation at the same time being bothered by my questions yet he was cheerful and informative even in a cold wind blowing out of the northern wastelands....I later found out that wind was blowing 30-40 mph that day out of the north and it made for an interesting ride on the highway going eastbound for the very 1st time. ALL employees of Hanner RV that I came in contact with performed outstanding customer service, answered many questions of mine and made this entire experience much more enjoyable than I originally thought possible. Not one sour face the day I picked up the trailer even though the cold wind outside made it somewhat uncomfy for some of us older goats. Without any doubt or reservation I would gladly recommend Hanner RV to anyone wanting a better deal and expert customer care for their new or next RV purchase. I called and spoke with John. He listened to what we were looking for and had one specific one we'd love (we were very specific in what we wanted). He and the Finance Mgr worked diligently to get us taken care of. Everything happened so fast that we needed to pick the RV up the following morning. At 4:30 on a Friday afternoon 7 (that's right 7) employees to include, John Shane, the Service Mgr, another Sales Man and the service crew worked late to make sure everything on our new camper checked out. Then the Service Man (employee #8) came in early Saturday morning to make sure everything was perfect. Never have I ever had 8 employees take such great care of us. Businesses like this are a Gem. Who knew that a business in a little town called Baird, TX could take such great care of a couple from Louisiana. Thank y'all again from the bottom of my heart! We truly appreciate it. read more

My husband and I are very disappointed and frustrated with the service Dept. at Hanner RV Super Center in Baird. We took our travel trailer in on April 5th and decided to pick it up today June 1st. They didn't do anything to our trailer. After a month, we started calling for updates but couldn't get to talk to anyone. Would leave messages, but never got call backs. We stopped by in person and it took the service dept. 25 minutes to find our paper work. We were told, that they would have to call to see if warranty would pay for repairs. We kept calling and leaving messages but no call backs. We finally gave up and picked up our trailer after 9 weeks. We actually started with Bobby Flanning, then we started trying to talk to Doug Mitchell and talked to Darren Crider once. We did get a call from a lady about a month in wanting to know how the service was and we told her how frustrated we were and she stated she would be calling us weekly, never heard from her again. Not sure we will ever buy or use them again. Very disappointing that we were treated this way. read more
