After contacting Jaylene Himes (Internet Sales) several times both over the phone and through emails she was happy to answer my many questions and do exactly as I had wanted for this new purchase...amazing even in modern times.!! When the day came along to pick up the trailer I couldn't believe my eyes and ears just how EASY Hanner RV made the entire process for me....they treated me like royalty in not only THE VERY BEST price I had found for this trailer but in their world class customer service and genuine customer care. They had me in and out in 2 hours for a new unit purchase....way shorter than buying a new truck takes and their employees that I dealt with seemed to be the happiest people on the planet.!! Jennice Hughes (Finance Manager) took care of the juicy details including a place to acquire the registration for the trailer in the same town that I'm relocating to, and Mike Rhodes (Service Tech) had the trailer winterized/ready, willing and able for me to pick up. He worked on the double anti-sway hitch installation at the same time being bothered by my questions yet he was cheerful and informative even in a cold wind blowing out of the northern wastelands....I later found out that wind was blowing 30-40 mph that day out of the north and it made for an interesting ride on the highway going eastbound for the very 1st time. ALL employees of Hanner RV that I came in contact with performed outstanding customer service, answered many questions of mine and made this entire experience much more enjoyable than I originally thought possible. Not one sour face the day I picked up the trailer even though the cold wind outside made it somewhat uncomfy for some of us older goats. Without any doubt or reservation I would gladly recommend Hanner RV to anyone wanting a better deal and expert customer care for their new or next RV purchase. I also had them fix my glitchy radio system in the left over time remaining. I bought a "curved leveler" from the parts store. Now I can level my camper from side to side and have the bathtub drain completely.

The local dealerships would Not show us what we wanted, wouldn't listen, the prices were high, they wanted down payments before we left even though we had not committed to anything, called late at night... But we were scrolling through rv traders and saw the Exact trailer we were looking for the only problem was that it was 2+ hours away from us. We called to make sure the rig was still available before we made the drive and it was! Aaron was the salesperson we were lucky enough to talk to. By the time we reached the dealership he had the rig pulled to the front, ac hooked up, cold and the slides out. We walked through the unit and it was perfect. He told us all about the features and let us just sit and ask questions inside and outside. We went from front to back with him asking questions and him taking time with us to make sure we were satisfied. He took us to another rig just to make sure it we were satisfied with the first rv. We went inside and made an appointment to come back after they had the rig ready to pick up. When we went to pick up and sign papers we went to the back where our unit was sitting all cleaned and ready for our inspection. The guys there took us through every inch of the unit and showed us how to set it up and break it down. We met the guys in the shop and bought a few supplies. By this time we had been at the dealership about 2 hours... we had not signed papers yet and they had already spent time educating us. When we got to the business office, he had everything ready including an insurance quote! We signed paperwork and went to the back to load up our rig for a couple of days trial run. The people at clear creek from the sales team, business office. shop, make ready and even the owner are top notch! This is a family and we felt like we were part of it! Very much worth the drive. We will even use them for service! We have owned many RVs and dealt with all kinds of dealers but clear creek is by far the most outstanding!

Be advised this is a FACTUAL account of my visit with Motor Home Specialist R/V Direct…read more On Thursday, May 28, 2026 I contacted MHS R/V Specialist (Blue Compass R/V) regarding a 2014 Thor Palazzo they had advertised for sale. I spoke with the salesman that stated the R/v was still for sale; we scheduled a meeting for the next day Friday May 29th. We met with the salesman at their location who got us in the golf cart and drove us to the very back of the property where there were only 5-6 R/V's. The R/V looked super nice, good sounding engine with low milage and generator with low hours. The A/C's stopped when on batteries, they were replaced. The salesman and Management even pushed 3 warranties, after turning them down they offered all 3 of them for one lower price. It seems that the warranties cover everything but the chassis. The sale was complete and when I drove off the lot I realized I just purchased a dangerous and highly UNSAFE vehicle, the steering system was uncontrollable and almost impossible to keep in a single lane. I contacted the salesman that said he would check into it. Never heard back anything regarding assistance from the dealership other than they don't cover the chassis. Also, we were told that they wanted us to let them know where we were going to have the R/V so they could come and replace the Ice maker. It took 4+ weeks before Luxury Coach in Rockwall Texas could get me in. After another two weeks without my new to me coach and $7,347.42 the coach drives awesome and don't think for a second those crooks at MHS R/V Specialist didn't know they sold an UNSAFE R/V to endanger the lives of any and everyone on the hiways. If you want you and your family to be SAFE, Do " NOT " purchase from these crooks. Lie, deny and LIE again. They never contact you about the problems they knew about.
