They also lied about a critical component of the RV. They told him the solar panels powered most of the RV like the outlets and fridge; but in actuality it only powered the pop outs and awning. When he discovered this and brought it back, they told him he had to buy a converter for more money and they had to install it for extra even though they lied to him when they sold it. Very scummy. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! They are the biggest cheats in the business.

I had them come out for a service call to fix my furnace. It was a simple fix and the work was completed inside the minimum half hour you pay for a service call. I also had them fix my glitchy radio system in the left over time remaining. I bought a "curved leveler" from the parts store. Now I can level my camper from side to side and have the bathtub drain completely.

We knew what we wanted, how much we wanted to pay but finding the right dealership was proving to be the problem. The local dealerships would Not show us what we wanted, wouldn't listen, the prices were high, they wanted down payments before we left even though we had not committed to anything, called late at night... But we were scrolling through rv traders and saw the Exact trailer we were looking for the only problem was that it was 2+ hours away from us. We called to make sure the rig was still available before we made the drive and it was! Aaron was the salesperson we were lucky enough to talk to. By the time we reached the dealership he had the rig pulled to the front, ac hooked up, cold and the slides out. We walked through the unit and it was perfect. He told us all about the features and let us just sit and ask questions inside and outside. We went from front to back with him asking questions and him taking time with us to make sure we were satisfied. He took us to another rig just to make sure it we were satisfied with the first rv. We went inside and made an appointment to come back after they had the rig ready to pick up. When we went to pick up and sign papers we went to the back where our unit was sitting all cleaned and ready for our inspection. The guys there took us through every inch of the unit and showed us how to set it up and break it down. We met the guys in the shop and bought a few supplies. By this time we had been at the dealership about 2 hours... we had not signed papers yet and they had already spent time educating us. When we got to the business office, he had everything ready including an insurance quote! We signed paperwork and went to the back to load up our rig for a couple of days trial run. The people at clear creek from the sales team, business office. shop, make ready and even the owner are top notch! This is a family and we felt like we were part of it! Very much worth the drive. We will even use them for service! We have owned many RVs and dealt with all kinds of dealers but clear creek is by far the most outstanding!

My mom has been bringing her RV here for years, and we have always trusted your shop to take care of it. Unfortunately, this experience has been very different. The RV was here for approximately a month, and there was a specific list of things that were supposed to be completed. When I called to have it picked up, the only thing that had been completed was the installation of the four tires. The fender had not been ordered, the battery shutoff had not been installed, and the batteries had not been charged. Because we were coming to pick it up, I called and asked that the remaining work be completed as soon as possible. When we arrived, I was extremely disappointed with the condition of the repairs. The under-cover repair consisted of a piece of black sheet metal being placed over the area without properly removing the old material. There were still wires hanging from the old tire, and the new piece wasn't even completely secured. The fender had never been ordered, and we were then told that it wasn't currently being manufactured and would take approximately three weeks to obtain. The batteries were still dead, meaning the battery shutoff installation didn't accomplish anything because we couldn't even use the batteries. The spare tire was also left loose and dangling. I gave $1,000 in advance and specifically explained that it was intended to cover the four tires, replacement of the fender, installation of the battery shutoff, and repair of the under-cover. I also specifically said that if the cost was going to exceed that amount, I needed to be contacted first. Instead, I was charged $944.51 even though the fender was never repaired and several of the other repairs were either incomplete or not properly done. At this point, we're having to have things corrected at the last minute just so we can safely get the RV home, and we're going to have to jump the batteries because they weren't charged. I understand that things can happen and that parts can sometimes be unavailable. What I don't understand is being charged nearly the full $1,000 for work that was not completed or was not completed properly, without being notified about the problems beforehand. I would like to speak with someone about the $944.51 charge and what you believe is a fair adjustment considering the work that was not completed and the condition in which the completed work was left. We brought the RV here because of the history and trust my mom has had with your business. Unfortunately, this experience has seriously damaged that trust.
