These guys are great. I am from California and was looking for a new 2019 Flying Cloud 20FB. From what I could tell, these guys had the last one in the nation (April 2020). Steve was great at setting the purchase up over the phone, getting paperwork started, leading me through the overall process (both on the phone and in person), and asking for a reasonable down payment. He was good at calmly answering all my questions prior to pickup, which was a bit more convoluted than usual due to this Covid thing. On the day of pickup he explained everything, walking me through the unit and showing me the various features and how to use all the appliances. Arthur got the hitch set up and answered my many questions (I had never towed a large trailer before), and Benny was helpful upfront with purchasing a few accessories I wanted. I don't know what some people are talking about saying accessories here are super expensive. I didn't find that to be the case at all. Same prices I've seen elsewhere. I got what I consider to be a real good/fair price here, and all the employees were straight up and real helpful. This is the kind of place I like doing business with. I felt good about the whole process which, I am sure many of you would agree, isn't common in today's world. they sold me a rv with rat nest in the engine promised new tires . wetted the rv with water so I did see oxidation dirty air filter. oil was dirty had bare wires showing where the tire rubbed them . i waited a week to pick it up I live far from them . the was to do the big check list lol read more
