Around Hico, a cold front blew in and I was instantly underdressed. No coat in the trunk, but had boots and bootcut jeans on because of our destination. Rolled into Chick Elms and picked out a button down Ariat shirt that worked perfectly with the top down. Just enough to keep me warm with the heater going. Top still down! Visited again this last weekend on a one night stay. They had Cinch Jesse jeans; something I haven't even seen in a big box western store like Cavender's with dozens of locations across Texas. SO, I tried them on. They passed the all important GF's a** check. Didn't need them right away; but at least I know she's gonna like them. Buddy from the first visit also got a new cowboy hat ahead of of our visit to Downtown Cowtown. Top notch yall! Thanks for the hospitality.

I'm located four hours away and was referred to Action Golf Carts for help with a charger issue. Cameron took the time to message with me, discuss my options, and try to help me find the charger I needed. Unfortunately, the charger I originally needed is no longer being manufactured, but Cameron found a second option. Since I'm so far away, he even contacted another shop closer to me and is willing to work with them to help me find an alternative charging solution for my golf cart. He could have simply said, "Sorry, we can't help," but instead, he went above and beyond. I cannot thank him enough for his time, knowledge, and willingness to help. Cameron is truly a gem! If you're looking for a golf cart or need assistance, definitely check out Action Golf Carts!

Even though the problem was caused by a bad plug in our garage, he again patiently found the solution we needed. We couldn't be happier with our golf cart and with the service we received! JB Carts is an awesome place...a little off the beaten path but well worth the effort to go there…read more The owner, Justin, clearly knows what he's doing. I am new to owning a golf cart, and don't golf in general, so I had very little experience going into my first purchase (which was for cruising the neighborhood...not for the course). I checked several other places closer to DFW airport and their prices were way higher, and they were run more like a used car dealership. Justin, however, was not pushy at all, very patient, and answered all questions without hesitation. You can tell he's a very honest guy, and is very straightforward with how he prices his inventory or even custom builds. And on the price end, he was considerably more reasonable than some of the "dealerships" that we checked. We went in to look at one model, ended up test driving a few, and ultimately left with one with more upgrades. I had a few questions after leaving, and he's really easy to text or call with any more info you need. He also will handle any service or upgrades you want to do down the line. I've already given his info out to a few neighbors that now have golf cart fever, and recommend Justin of JB Carts without hesitation.
