I use the cart for running around the pasture and was disheartened when it cratered on me. No one could fix it, until a friend said to call Makin' Traxx. They told me upfront that my cart might be beyond repair since it is ancient, lol, but they would take a look at it. I'm so glad they did! Nothing major, I needed to replace a taillight. Most of all, they are patient and communicate with you and don't leave you waiting and wondering. I made at least four trips looking at their inventory and asking a lot of questions. I also texted many photos of my wish list before I made my decision. I am pleased with my purchase and have noticed a few others in our club have purchased since me. Each have shared similar stories of their satisfaction. If you are looking for a golf car, I recommend taking a look at AGC.
