In this day and age of everywhere you go being "upsold" stuff, Ricky could have easily sold me a speed kit for about $1400, but given his knowledge and honesty for just an hours labor he readjusted the springs and my cart went from going 13 mph to 24 mph!! I called the Service department and was immediately told that there were no parts available for Scotty Jack Carts. Hoping the issue would only be minor and not require parts I had Metro pick up the cart. I was told by the Service department that the lithium battery was bad and there were no parts available. So now I have a golf cart I paid $5900 for that cannot be repaired. Had I been told at the time I purchased the cart I would have purchased another brand. I left several messages for the owner but he didn't have the decency to return my calls. This is no way to treat a customer, especially a handicap one.

Without a doubt the worst company I have ever bought anything from in my entire life. The key to an ATV was missing and weeks later I still haven't received it, even though they said they sent it. They didn't want to provide me with the FEIN Number so I could pay the Massachusetts taxes and register the ATV, it was just a lot of pressure. Chaotic customer service, no one knows absolutely anything and no one solves anything. I waited for the Manufacturer's Statement of Origin (MSO) for several weeks, even though they knew I needed it in order to finance the ATV I mentioned on the day of purchase, they sent it by plain mail, without a tracking number, it took weeks, a real catastrophe. If you have any sense and value serious advice, never, ever buy anything from this store, I sincerely hope I don't have any major problems, because they constantly change the information and procedures to charge more.

He did a blind diagnosis but we quickly realized it was something more than a quick fix. He told me to drop it off on a Saturday afternoon and by mid-week let me know the problem. Was straight up on what the cost would be for parts and labor and aside from the expected mark up, was able to fix my inoperable golf cart.
