I called the Service department and was immediately told that there were no parts available for Scotty Jack Carts. Hoping the issue would only be minor and not require parts I had Metro pick up the cart. I was told by the Service department that the lithium battery was bad and there were no parts available. So now I have a golf cart I paid $5900 for that cannot be repaired. Had I been told at the time I purchased the cart I would have purchased another brand. I left several messages for the owner but he didn't have the decency to return my calls. This is no way to treat a customer, especially a handicap one.
