That golf car dealership would not answer the phone, would not respond to call-back requests and "stood me up" on an afternoon I was scheduled for them to pick up my golf car for repair. Not only that but the other dealership still would not return 2 more call-back requests that I put in about why they did not honor our scheduled appointment. I since phoned Jake and Acton Golf Car where we actually purchased our golf cart. In this day and age of everywhere you go being "upsold" stuff, Ricky could have easily sold me a speed kit for about $1400, but given his knowledge and honesty for just an hours labor he readjusted the springs and my cart went from going 13 mph to 24 mph!! Good old fashioned customer service I don't find around much anymore. HIGHLY recommend this shop.
