Boy, I should have trusted my gut and went to Christian Brothers instead. Anyway, when I went to pick up my vehicle I told them I was using Snap Finance. They did not disclose any other charges before setting up the agreement. They chose the percentage down and had me pay their portion they'd be charged by Snap Finance. And the $39 processing fee is standard with Snap Finance. I'd been using it for almost 2 years now, never a problem. They set up one agreement and then claimed it wasn't sent through on their end, even though I received it, and said they would contact customer support. He then went to his office and set up an entirely different agreement with a higher percentage down. So I paid the $188.30 down payment, $39 processing fee, and $41.58 they get charged. But the first agreement is being upheld by Snap Finance and they only recognize the $140.58 down payment and the $39 processing fee. So now I am feeling cheated bc not only did I pay more than the first contract I also am being charged twice the taxes. It's my fault I didn't look at the agreements and question them, first time dealing with this shop plus I really wanted my vehicle back after a long wait (about 5 days). They didn't itemize anything in the Snap Finance agreement, put everything under oil change. All the other shops I've used itemize everything and never had a problem paying what was said I owed. When I called SF customer support there were no notes on my account for when 2033 Auto "called" and they didn't understand why there was two agreements. Only the first one is being honored. And the shop got paid twice from SF but was corrected after I called, they did not call to amend the issue so they would have gotten away with it had I not brought it to SF attention. And I would have had to pay twice over had they not cancelled the second agreement. *The price of labor cannot be higher than the price of parts. They are not to charge state tax because Snap Finance charges taxes according to state. The percentage down is exclusive to the shop and has nothing to do with Snap Finance.* This is according to Snap Finance and can be verified with them. In my own opinion, this shop is not honest or trustworthy. I'd highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

We were driving from Florida to California when the plastic splash shields under my girlfriend's…read moreHonda Civic broke in several places due to some rocks falling out of a truck in front of us. They were hanging and scraping the ground so we were unable to drive. Some of the clips were broken/missing and some of the mounting holes were completely torn out We got the car towed to 2033 Express at the recommendation of our AAA tow truck driver Blake from Miller's Towing. It was a Friday evening but luckily 2033 is open on Saturdays (pretty rare around here). We stayed at the motel nearby until morning. We pulled in late Saturday morning and I asked if maybe they would be able to use some clips and/or zip ties to reattach the shields to get us back on the road. They immediately put the car on the lift and drilled some new bolt holes/zip ties where possible. It took them all of 10 minutes. The owner's mother (I forgot her name, sorry!) and I believe Chris were the ones who helped us out. Super kind, honest people. They did us a major favor and just got us back on the road quickly without having to spend a bunch of money. Now we will get home on time and won't have to miss work. I would not hesitate to bring your vehicle here.

So, I recently drove my RAM Dually half way across the country when moving to Fort Worth. Most of…read moreyou RAM drivers know that the steering can be a little "Loose" and mine was not lacking in that department. It wandered all over the road and this was after replacing nearly everything in the front end. I sourced a lot of the parts myself (the good stuff only) and when I had time, I put them in, but it started getting closer to the move date and decided to let a local shop install some of the parts; like the new steering box and drag link. But I still had a lot of play in the steering wheel. The play was predictable, but who wants to drive 1500 miles constantly moving the steering wheel. Needless to say, the second day I arrived, I went googling for someone other than a dealer to look at my truck. Someone that specialized in Diesel RAMs. There were a couple out there, but I liked what Kevin had to say on his website. He seemed upfront with a no BS attitude. I called him up and asked to make an appointment. The date comes and I receive a phone call from Kevin asking when I was heading out. He wanted to be there to take my truck for a drive himself. I arrived, knocked on the door, let my self in, waited a few, then went looking and found Kevin out in the shop talking with his guys. He made his introduction and we hopped in my truck for a test drive. We made polite conversation that was interrupted by a sudden jerk of the wheel or slamming on the brakes, or when Kevin noticed something odd with my truck. Down the highway, over train tracks, through a field... He truly showed his passion and knowledge of these trucks. When we returned to the shop, he had his guys look over the truck. Especially, the areas he noticed when he took it for a test drive. We sat in his office making polite conversation when his guys came in and found the issues. I was amazed. They were quick with the diagnostics. Found the root cause of the steering issue, it was the steering shaft. I was both angered and elated. Angered that the shop I had install the new steering gear never noticed the issue and said "Well I have no idea what it is. Everything has been replaced"; and elated that there was finally a fix for my truck. His guys also noticed that the bearing on my split driveshaft was shot and they wouldn't let me leave with it like that... and he had an aluminum drive shaft in the shop that would fit my truck. I said replace it. Now comes the time to exchange money. I was in shock when he gave me the total. Talk about a fair deal. I thought for sure that it was going to cost me twice what it did.
