Got quote for $400 Install:…read more 1. Front bumper with fog lights and light bar 2. Install small wench 3. Install bumper grill 4. Hook up reverse lights on back bumper. 5. Hook up reverse sensors on back bumper. Told me wench was too small for bumper so it wasn't installed. All the following I wasn't told about and had to find out later. Sensors constant screaming - he said it was my after market bumper. It was not. I repositioned them so they now work correctly. Got home and had to call them back. I found the light bar wasn't even hooked up. He said it needed an adapter and he didn't feel comfortable hooking it up in case of fire. Didn't offer to get one, so going through the bumpers seller I ordered it myself. The fog lights they put in the bumper were all 4 very loose. The bumper has seam covers which are screwed in with 12 bolts on both sides. They threw those in the back of my truck and I had to go back to get my bolts. When I picked them up I told him I ordered the light bar adapter. He said he'd charge me $125 to install it. Really? 1. The wench wasn't installed. 2. The fog lights were not tightened, I'm glad I didn't loose them. 3. The light bar was part of the install for the bumper. 4. Neither one of the seam covers for the bumper were done. 5. The parking sensors just needed adjusted, it wasn't the 'after market bumper'. I go back in to talk to him and one of his employees that did the install tells me the wrench was part of the bumper and I said no it wasn't. It was an add on and was too small. Not that, that has anything to do with I've already paid for the lights. He said, "I don't know what to tell you" All this and you're going to charge me more to put on the lights?? From talking to my customers it appears this isn't a 1 off issue. I won't be back to Viper.

So two weeks later my engine light goes on and took it back to see what it was and they told me a vacuum seal needed replacing. They could do it on Thursday. I showed up then and the guy I talked to wasn't there and the other guy said very sternly he would need it a week to diagnose it. I reminded him I was told they could do it and the price quoted but he said nope. Won't be back. Very poor customer service.

Today I stopped @ the W'frd shop as a 'test' of mrktng blather or truth in advertising. Blaine, Mikah, the team and the techs there were 100% as advertised. Without hesitation, they immediately drove and inspected my car to determine the source of my/it's issues. Tests were done, Q&As were exchanged among us and the results determined that, despite questionable sounds, every test, comparison and measurement, my car seemed to be in safe and good working order. Blaine said he'd reach out to other human and digital sources, describe the perceived/known problems/noise and would call me should any new opinions be offered. This business and these men are a FOR PROFIT establishment and COULD have certainly tried to convince me that I should let them 'do such and such' to try and solve the issue. Not only did they NOT try that tactic, they REFUSED to accept ANY compensation from me for the work they did in the investigation process! I am no novice and could have recognized an attempt to 'lead me' into spending some money with them..that NEVER happened.. I grew up in a small town so I can unequivocally say that it has been DECADES since I have had such a unique, honest, professional, unexpected and enjoyable interaction with auto mechanics....like small towns USED to have...with these men and this company! I called to speak to the owner, Brandon Waters, to relate my experience and spoke with John Lobato, a KINGWAY Manager in Aledo.. He was gracious, most appreciative and was happy to hear that 'his guys' are doing and being what they were hired to do! BOTTOM LINE..Folks.. take your car problems to them.. They pulled out a spark plug showed me , there were old n worn . We then ordered the parts. Talk about a smooth running vehicle upon leaving thanks to Mike and John and there years knowledge of mechanic skills in years of experience.

This DESTROYED the differential. When I called to tell them of their mistake, their manager Aaron advised me they put the wrong size on her car on purpose just to get her home. This is a lie. She drove from home to their shop to get tires that could get her through a few months. And further, the driver rear tire wouldn't have been a problem getting home. It had a slow leak! Why replace it at all if the medicine is worse than the ailment?! She told them she wanted to get a new set in A few months and asked for a quote. Which is to say, we KNOW they knew she intended to drive on the tires for a few months. Aaron quoted lies supposedly on the work order, All of which I'm positive had fresh ink as we spoke on the phone. Go somewhere else, anywhere else. How can you trust your vehicle with a company that skirts accountability and the lacks the integrity to do what's right? Lie after lie to save themselves a buck and stick their neglect on their customers. Just a disgusting practice. My Wife's take on this den of grift. I went into Texas Tires a couple weeks ago to get two tires replaced. I opted for used tires until I could get a new set a few months later. I told the guy that helped me this exact thing. I had him give me a quote for the new set I planned on getting near the beginning of March. They replaced the tires and I went on my way. Cut to three days ago when my car started making a God awful noise. I had to have it towed to Southwest Nissan so they could tell us what was going on. Turns out the rear tire they put on was not the right sized tire. It destroyed the differential and rear axels. When my husband called up to tell them the tire wasn't the right size they told him that they told me all about it. They said they told me it was the wrong size but it would get me home and back to a shop to get the correct size. This is 100% untrue. They never told me anything remotely close to that. So that's Texas Tire, anything to weasel out of accountability I suppose. Don't take your business there, you're not dealing with honest people. I'd rather pay $2,295 for a brand new differential and rear axels than be dishonest scumbag.

this review is just for the time being and will be added onto when i have the time but for short…read more these guys are a joke, they secured my radiator by using a single zip tie, left bolts out of my bumper, left bolts half way screwed on my waste gate and when i told them about my disappointment after paying 150$ an hr for there crappy work, they stated they wanted to fix things so that i was a "happy customer" but then kept coming up with this and that and really just anything to get me to go away. i was offered labor hours on future work instead of a partial refund which i find crazy and denied because what logical individual would accept that after receiving work like that. so yeah these guys suck pretty bad. they had my car for 2 weeks and then after complaining they had another 2 and 1/2 weeks to fix this issue and now here we are. i wish i would've never gone to this place.
