Troy took the time to inspect it and realized the mirror housing had simply popped apart. He was able to snap it back into place in just a few minutes, tested all of the electrical functions to make sure everything worked properly, and confirmed no repairs were actually needed. I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism. It would have been easy to recommend unnecessary repairs, but instead he saved me time, money, and the hassle of going through an insurance claim. We just picked up our car from Roger Williams collision Center in Weatherford Texas and the trunk would not shut properly after they repaired it. They told my husband just to try to shut it down the center and that he would just have to live with it. He said this is unacceptable, the trunk is still not shutting properly and we are told to just live with it!! The only reason we use them was because the guy that hit us had insurance with progressive and that's who they contract with. The car is not repaired, $5300 later and the car is not repaired!
