I had a great experience at Caliber Collision in Weatherford, thanks to Troy Norwood. I originally…read morebrought my vehicle in because I thought my driver's side mirror was damaged and had already started an insurance claim. Troy took the time to inspect it and realized the mirror housing had simply popped apart. He was able to snap it back into place in just a few minutes, tested all of the electrical functions to make sure everything worked properly, and confirmed no repairs were actually needed. I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism. It would have been easy to recommend unnecessary repairs, but instead he saved me time, money, and the hassle of going through an insurance claim. I wasn't charged a dime, and I left with my mirror fixed. Excellent customer service. Thank you, Troy!
