We just picked up our car from Roger Williams collision Center in Weatherford Texas and the trunk would not shut properly after they repaired it. They told my husband just to try to shut it down the center and that he would just have to live with it. He said this is unacceptable, the trunk is still not shutting properly and we are told to just live with it!! The only reason we use them was because the guy that hit us had insurance with progressive and that's who they contract with. The car is not repaired, $5300 later and the car is not repaired!

Once they returned it, the replaced window did not match. They said they needed to order the correct part that matched, and would contact me once they had it in so I could bring it in again. They never reached out. (Not like I wanted to have my car taken for months again.) They also removed the model emblem from both sides of the car, and only replaced one side, so it's been missing.
