He was able to snap it back into place in just a few minutes, tested all of the electrical functions to make sure everything worked properly, and confirmed no repairs were actually needed. What was originally quoted as a four-week job turned into four months of frustration, missed deadlines, and disappointing workmanship. Our vehicle was disassembled, making it extremely difficult to take it elsewhere once the work had begun. During that time, our truck was left outside without doors or adequate protection from the elements for over two months. We have photographs documenting the conditions in which it was stored. Throughout the process, we were given multiple completion dates that came and went without the vehicle being finished. Unfortunately, after waiting four months, the quality of the finished product was nowhere near what we expected or paid for. Some of the issues we discovered included: * An entire section of the truck that was left unpainted Or paint came off when tape was removed either way there is a whole strip by the windshield with the old paid showing through. * Visible dust and dirt trapped beneath the paint. * Paint smudges and imperfections throughout. * Scratches and damage apparently caused during reassembly, including around the bumper. * Numerous other visible defects in the finished paint job. We paid $7,657 for what we expected to be professional workmanship. Instead, we received a vehicle with multiple noticeable issues after waiting approximately three months longer than originally quoted. I understand that unexpected delays can happen, but the combination of repeated missed deadlines, how our vehicle was stored, and the condition in which it was returned made this an extremely disappointing experience. I am sharing our experience so other customers can make an informed decision before leaving their vehicles here. I strongly encourage anyone considering this business to get completion dates, storage arrangements, and workmanship expectations in writing and to document the condition of their vehicle before handing it over. Based on our personal experience, I would not recommend this business.
