I have a car that unfortunately experience a fender bender - ok, more like a $7,100 repair bill-sized collision. The car isn't a standard vehicle and so a lot of parts needed to be special ordered so I was prepared for a I 3-4 weeks process. Steve, my rep at Caiber, was outstanding. His communication to me and with my insurance company was consistent, informative and accurate. The repair work was excellent, as you can't tell anything ever happened to the car. I hope not to be back - ever - but I'd have Steve and the the crew at this Caliber Collision work on my car again in a heartbeat. FYI - this is the location by Ridgmar Mall, just south of I-30.

This company has worked on my classic cars for years. I find their prices to be about 20% below competitors, and if you take them your problem with insurance, they have all the claim for you and you generally keep your deductible in full. The same company has a used car lot, and they sell cars on credit. They get customers who don't pay their bill and end up getting cars repossessed. When that happens, that customer sometimes takes revenge by posting something negative about the company's body shop. When someone says this company doesn't return her phone calls, I think it must be a disgruntled credit flake! These people have great integrity and I have always been satisfied for the last ten years.

Along with a full repaint, there were a number of small to medium maintenance things that needed doing, re surfacing the interior ceiling with new cloth, fixing some minor body issues, polishing and clearing up my head lamps. It was a lot of work, and took about a month - but when I got my car back on the other end I almost didn't recognize it. They gave me a two-hour window for their arrival and showed up 15 minutes into that window. The whole job, including some preexistent scuffing on the side of the bumper, took about two hours, all done in my driveway. The color match and finish is impeccable and the price is less than a third of what a body shop would have cost me, not counting leaving the vehicle and having to get a rental while they did it. Multiple, convenient ways to pay. Cannot say enough good about this business (I almost want to call it a service), and Shannon who came and did all the work. Top notch, down-to-earth good neighbors.
