Everyone at the Caliber in West Fort Worth were professional and friendly. A special shoutout to Steven Welch, my service advisor, who went above and beyond in making my repair seamless. I will definitely go back to this location in the future if needed. read more

I went in to receive a quote for some minor damage done to my front bumper. I told the guy in the office that I wouldn't be using insurance, and before he had even looked at my car he laughed and said "trust me you're gonna want to for this". He ended up quoting me $2,000 in damages, which I felt was a very high price and I was already put off by him telling me it's going to be expensive before even seeing my car!! Felt like he took one look at me as a young woman and was like yep time to up charge. I ended up taking it to a different shop where I was quoted $900. The ladies at the front desk were very nice but I would not recommend this place since they tried to rip me off. read more

This place kept my car for 22 days which cost $880 for the rental car. I am so angry about this situation and would absolutely not recommend this place to anybody. If you consider any Caliber Collision enterprises, just don't, you will regret it. read more

On October 28, in the midst of unusually high winds, my new car was hit by a flying object that left chalk dust and scrapes covering the passenger rear panel. Christopher Mann, a service advisor, evaluated the damage and suggested that it might be buffed out rather than needing a major repair. Romero Biscera did an absolutely amazing job and returned my car to like new, saving me an estimated $1500. I was impressed by the customer-focused service, integrity, and collaborative teamwork at this Caliber location. read more

This location was recommended by my insurance carrier. Worst experience of my life. I was lied to repeatedly and I don't understand why. I've used Caliber 3 times before, just not this location and I will never use Caliber again. James told me it would take 3 to 4 months to repair my car. He never submitted a estimate to Allstate after telling me he had, 4 days in advance. Left voicemails lying to me as well. I moved my vehicle to another repair shop and it was repaired in 4 weeks. Truly a sad frustrating experience. read more

No one wants to end up here, of course, but when your car needs collision repair there's a few things you want - honesty, fair prices, fast repair, quality work and communication. I have a car that unfortunately experience a fender bender - ok, more like a $7,100 repair bill-sized collision. The car isn't a standard vehicle and so a lot of parts needed to be special ordered so I was prepared for a I 3-4 weeks process. Steve, my rep at Caiber, was outstanding. His communication to me and with my insurance company was consistent, informative and accurate. The repair work was excellent, as you can't tell anything ever happened to the car. I hope not to be back - ever - but I'd have Steve and the the crew at this Caliber Collision work on my car again in a heartbeat. FYI - this is the location by Ridgmar Mall, just south of I-30. read more

Great Customer Service! I've had to use Caliber three times in the last two years. Each experience was as pleasant as could be given that I was having to have my personal and work vehicles repaired. Kyle, Luz, Cassidy are each incredibly customer focused and provide great service. The thing that stands out the most is that the great customer service experience is consistent. The workmanship of the repairs has also been top notch but the experience is what makes it great! read more

Worst customer service at the front desk, I came in early and stood there while the 3 kids finished their conversation, then they acknowledged me, we don't do walk ins, we came even see you until June, very rude I've been a customer at Caliber for 10 years and have taken many cars there, never again, front desk that rude and unprofessional I can only imagine who's working in the back... these ladies need to be retrained, front desk is the first impression, a smile and greeting goes along way, not groaning and eye rolling because a customer has walked up read more

The staff was so friendly and accommodating for my temporary disability. I was supposed to drop off the car for evaluation and was unable due to a foot injury. They put me on hold and told me they would send someone to pick up my car. I gave my car key to the man and he even helped me unload the valuables in my trunk since I couldn't go up and down the stairs due to my foot injury. Totally recommend them. read more

They don't answer the phone - have been on hold 15+ minutes every time I have called for the last 2 days trying to schedule a State Farm insurance claim repair. After 10 years of frequenting this business, looks like I'll be going to one of their competitors. read more

Used them once and had a pretty good experience. second time not so much. Mike will tell you he will call you twice a week with a update. That happened once. then when I finally was told car would be ready Monday turned into Tuesday but probably Wednesday. Well that turned to Friday. That didn't happen. So Monday well that turned to Tuesday. So 1 month later I am suppose to get my car. read more

They were very prompt and polite, got finished with my truck a few days early.....professional job and great customer service.

Rachael did an awesome job with helping me out and getting my truck fixed. She went above and beyond helping me. The process was easy and quick. They did a great job of keeping me updated on the process and where they were at every other day. The paint job was spot on which was my biggest concern having so much wear and tear. Thanks for the everything. read more

Had my truck here and received top of the line customer support. James, worked his hardest to make sure my needs were met. He was the middle made for an issue I had and once the other company claimed there was nothing I could do about my rearview camera, James took it upon himself to fix the situation. Highly recommend using this location. read more

Great place to get your car fixed. Work with Kyle McMahon if at all possible. The no BS and all good conversation goes a long way with me. Cannot recommend this place enough. read more

Great team over here. Just real honest folks doing great work. Ask for Rick Patrick, he'll take good care of you.

Sean at Caliber Collision was very attentive and helpful. He fixed a problem with the motor mount that was missed by a prior repair shop without me mentioning it. My vehicle was fixed perfectly and it's running smoothly. I would recommend the Caliber Collision center on Rosewood in Fort Worth to all my friends. read more

If you promise someone an immediate start on their car, don't just play with the words. 2 days after they had the car, they finally did the initial estimate. Its been over a week since then and the car is still waiting to get put in the garage to finish the estimate. The car is most likely totaled and I'm still making payments. Keep your promises!!! read more

Five stars and two thumbs up. Kayla was my vehicle liaison and she remained in constant contact regarding the progress of repairs. The vehicle looks and runs great. They also have an Enterprise rental on the property for added convenience. I couldn't be more pleased. read more

They did a fantastic paint job to remove the scratches fm both the right side doors of my car. Some nutcase had keyed it. So the job was done to perfection and they kept me updated through out the time they worked on it. To my surprise they finished it within 2 days of taking the car. Sean is good with his work and very professional. The ladies at the reception provide great customer service. Thank you. read more

I chose this location because they are an aluminum repair shop. What a great experience! They were clear on what the repair plan was and communicated extremely well throughout the week-long process. The result was a truck that looked like it had just come off the showroom floor. Very pleased with the service and quality. read more

Probably the worst repair shop around. I had two vehicles worked on here and both were sub-par and incomplete. Beware of having work done here! If only I could post 0 stars I would. Again caliber gets something they didn't earn! read more

The customer service was very rude or shall I say racist. When does this end? Received no follow up or any confirmation call for scheduling.

Excellent work done by Rick Rodman and his team. GEICO had estimated my car was going to be in the shop for about two weeks. But they had it ready in a week! They went above and beyond my expectations, honest, fast and efficiently. Would definitely recommend them and will use them again if needed. A guaranteed job well done read more

This site came recommended to me by my insurance after I got in a car accident. They towed my car for me, notified me when the car was on their lot, and kept me updated on the progress of my car almost daily. Very quick and professional. Used them a couple of months ago after my insurance company told me it was better. They were right, they were. Different management than before and did a much better job. Communication is greatly improved. Speed and quality of work also greatly improved. Based on this experience, I would use them again. read more

Got some body work done at a different caliber location a few months ago after I was hit on the passenger side. Yes they got my car out relatively quickly, however, there were tons of body screws missing (which I pointed out) and as I was driving down the freeway after picking up my car, my passenger side mirror FELL OFF !!!!!!!. It was hanging on by just a wire..... I brought my car into this caliber location (which I was told you can go to ANY location) due to it being closest to my work. I was told that they would have to order the part and that it would be best for me to take it into the original caliber that I went to. It was obvious that they just didn't want to provide me with service due to its complicated nature. The estimator was rude and didn't give me appropriate customer service. I should have fought to receive the proper service, but did not want to go through the hassle of getting work done at a place that does not deserve my business. I took my car to JDS Collision Repair in Irving and they did an absolutely fabulous job all around. I will not be using caliber nor recommending them in the future. read more

Decent service for the external repair. However, they had no regard for my dry cleaning or personal effects in the back seat. It was tossed and crumpled when I received my car back for a minor bumper repair. read more

Great job. Honest! First ask for Rocky. He's a specialist who will walk you through each step of the way with phone calls letting you know cost, time frames, research on parts, how the repair shop is doing, etc. Rocky never tried to "sell" us something per say. He gave us real answers, thoughtful insights, ways we could keep the costs down and most of all was honest. These guys did a top notch job for us on a badly damaged sports car and came out giving their profession a much needed impression. These guys made us feel much better about having body work done again in the future. To all the guys there, two thumbs up. You're the bench mark in FTW!! read more
