I needed bushings and ball joint replacement. Also rod end boots. I have Carshield and they are an acceptable place who works with this business. Careshield told me they are in good standing with them as well. The owner is an amazing person, business owner and knows what he is doing. I appreciate his honesty and getting the job done as promised. I completely recommend First On Automotive. I will definitely recommend this auto repair business. Fair price and straightforward. Trexal and the guys at First On got me a new battery and installed it for a little more than I would have paid off I bought it and went through the hassle myself. This is the 3rd time I have had to come and bring a vehicle for service in the past 2 months. The first time I had some sensors replaced. The second time I had to have a power steering pump and an automatic door fixed. This last time was the battery on my other car. Nobody likes to spend money on car repairs, but it's nice to know when you spend your money you are getting what you pay for, and you aren't being added services you don't need. The honesty and integrity at First On has earned a customer for life.

I cannot say enough good things about Alpha & Omega Dent Repair!…read more I recently needed some repair work done on the back end of my truck, and from the very beginning Roger and his family were absolutely amazing to work with. Like many people, buying a new truck right now is not something I want to take on, and honestly, I wasn't sure my truck would ever look quite the same again. Roger took the time to walk me through my options and even gave me suggestions that helped keep the cost down without sacrificing quality. The result? My truck, "Bambi," looks like the day I bought her! I couldn't be happier. Not only do I have my truck back looking beautiful, but I also don't have to take on a new car payment. That's a win in my book! This is a family-owned business, and it shows. Roger was kind, honest, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me. His daughter was incredibly helpful throughout the process as well. The apple definitely doesn't fall far from the tree! As an added bonus, Roger's wife shares the office building with him and owns a flower shop. They are truly some of the sweetest people you'll ever meet. If you're looking for quality work, fair pricing, and genuinely good people, I highly recommend Alpha & Omega Dent Repair. They earned a customer and friend for life! -- Sheila (& Bambi )

Completely unacceptable. This wasn't a complicated repair -- it was a basic oil change -- and somehow they still managed to create a serious problem through what appeared to be pure carelessness and rushed work. The employees seemed inexperienced and more focused on moving cars through quickly than doing the job correctly. What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of accountability from ownership when confronted about it. No urgency, no ownership, no professionalism.
