My car had to be towed today, I had 5 of my children with me and was waiting for my grandparents to come pick us up, they got lost. I was told I had a 10 minute window by the driver. The lady called me and was so rude, told me I was wasting their time and they were busy and I would have to call back and most likely have it towed tomorrow. There was no compassion. It was like I was bothering her for calling. The driver was nice enough to tell me I could call back master; leave my keys in the tank and have it picked up once my ride got there. After my ride came, I called back and requested a tow. She acted like it was an issue. We had issues with my card and she told me they would impound my car if I didn't get it fixed in about five minutes. They got paid, $300 later the car was towed. Mind you this price was crazy for a tow within Hamilton, County. All in all, the front desk lady was rude. No compassion or anything. I just left my dad's house trying to get his stuff out after he passed. My point is; usually if someone is calling for a tow truck they aren't having a great day, it wouldn't hurt to be nice. On the other hand, I later found out that Gossett towing in Gatesville would have came out and towed it back to Gatesville for half the price.

Their knowledge of automobiles is astounding and the speed at which they fix vehicles in most cases is probably the fastest in town. I have heard others say that the owner Doug was not as friendly as he could be. Well that's not necessarily true if you see him around after work he's as friendly and talkative as ever. but at work strictly business. So if you want to go to Doug's to socialize it is probably not recommended. but if you want a quality repair at a fair price in a decent amount of time, then Doug's auto is the place to be.

So, we took it back to Debunk and he would "fix" it under warranty. Great! Well, he charged us AGAIN for the labor of an item that cost well over $2000 dollars to replace. That "labor" was $700. Get it back and the recirculation doesn't work. He said it was nothing they did, but it worked quite effectively before it went in the second time. Then he said it was the head unit. The head unit was brand new. We won't even go into the brakes on my husband's vehicle that he "fixed."
