LC was very helpful in explaining to me that the issue that I was experiencing was caused by a simple adjustment that needed to be made. I ended up only paying a minimal charge to have the adjustment made, instead of paying for parts that I did not need for my car. I great appreciate LC not taking advantage of the situation. He could easily have said that I needed all of these parts replaced to fix the issue, and I would have been like well you are the mechanic you know what you are talking about.
