The owner, before he looked at the fender, noticed a mud flap that was quite loose on the front. Said he could order a new one, but would see if they could secure the current one without the expense of a new one. Said he thought it would take about 30 minutes. He took the car back to the bay and in under 15 minutes, the repairs were done! They did a great job on both the front problem and the back problem and the price was very reasonable! Quick, courteous, competent work! 5 stars! The sign on the window indicated they do AC and brake work as well, so I plan to take the car to them if those are needed. Highly recommended!

My wife took her car in to get fixed after we review several quotes from different repair shops…read more 2010 Ford Taurus. It was damaged on the driver side front. They quoted a replacement wheel but couldn't find one. So I found one on-line (I am not even in the car parts business in less than 10 minutes) and paid for. When she picked up the car the left head light was not aimed right. (Too high blinding traffic) They told my wife it would take more than an hour and she would have to leave the car with them again. Aiming the head light took me less than 10 minutes in our own carport. The rest of the work seems ok I am just very disappointed in the way they treated my wife. NO MORE ALLIED AUTO FOR ME.

This company is owned by United States Vets. So needless to say,I was pleasantly surprised when they took this on. They are very safe, they have safety meetings, I know I was allowed to attend one, and they seem like a good place to send my clients so I know that there are none left behind. These guys are in Granbury but they were willing to come to Arlington too. After meeting them and seeing a well oiled machine crew with good attitudes. Called and made an appointment to get some subwoofers added to my truck. First red flag when I…read morearrived another customer was chewing on the owner for poor quality of work performed by one of his employees. Owner told the guy he could not remedy the issue until next week, as they were fully booked up. 2nd red flag was the disgusting bathroom with a ton of trash in the floor because there was no trash can. I ignored the signs, and allowed them to do the work anyways. When I inspected the work I found that they put a new hole through my fire wall for the power wire to the amplifier, rather than using the harness grommet supplied by GM six inches away from new hole, and the fuse was just left hanging between the fender, and battery. When they reinstalled my pillar trim it was put back incorrectly causing a binding issue with the seat belt. They also had not provided the speaker grills I had requested, which they did correct, only for me to discover later they only used 4 of the 8 screws to install, and the screws used were too short to properly hold the grills, which over time came loose, and rattled (see pictures). The kUsTum box that they charged $400 dollars for is made out of 3/8" or 7/16" plywood, and only carpeted, on the front, top and sides very poorly. Bottom and back of box are just wood. My GM has an 8-10" wide hump in the floor, and rather than a box that fits, this box just sits on the hump, and has a large gap under both ends,(notice it floating In the picture with the tape measure). Also rather than using a proper wire connection for the speakers, they just drilled a hole through the back of the box to get the wiring from the amp to the subs. Tried reaching out, but they rarely answer the phone. Amateur quality at a premium price. Buyer beware.
