I am always apprehensive with mechanics after a lot of bad experiences, I am especially nervous when it comes to my daughter's car. She had a wreck in her Corolla, Justin was recommended by a co-worker, and we had already dealt with another shop that was horrible, so we took the car to him. Justin took his time and explained everything to Desiree, he broke down the damaged area and took pictures so the estimate would be more accurate, vs just writing could have more damage and guessing on cost. He kept her in the email loop with the insurance company and explained any safety issues that could occur with specific non-OEM parts that should be OEM. The estimate the insurance provided had the model type incorrect and 3k difference in value, he worked with us to get the insurance to correct this and use OEM parts were needed, this caused the car to be a total loss. Had he not noticed the discrepancy, my daughter could have been out a lot of money, she is a college student and works two jobs, she depends on her vehicle and could not afford to pay the additional cost this would have created. His attention to detail is amazing and we owe him so much for treating my daughter like his own by putting her safety first vs just making the repairs and pocketing the money. Thank you so much!!!! The owner, before he looked at the fender, noticed a mud flap that was quite loose on the front. Said he could order a new one, but would see if they could secure the current one without the expense of a new one. Said he thought it would take about 30 minutes. He took the car back to the bay and in under 15 minutes, the repairs were done! They did a great job on both the front problem and the back problem and the price was very reasonable! Quick, courteous, competent work! 5 stars! The sign on the window indicated they do AC and brake work as well, so I plan to take the car to them if those are needed. Highly recommended!

They quoted a replacement wheel but couldn't find one. So I found one on-line (I am not even in the car parts business in less than 10 minutes) and paid for. When she picked up the car the left head light was not aimed right. (Too high blinding traffic) They told my wife it would take more than an hour and she would have to leave the car with them again. Aiming the head light took me less than 10 minutes in our own carport. The rest of the work seems ok I am just very disappointed in the way they treated my wife. NO MORE ALLIED AUTO FOR ME.
