A family member's car was towed by this company from Nolanville to Killeen on 9/26/2025. Regardless of the situation, this does not give these companies the right to take advantage of individuals financially. On 9/28/2025, merely two days later, we reached out to this company to arrange payment and collect his vehicle. We were told verbally that the fee is $700.00, plus $25.00 for each day. When we asked about the charges, the representative I spoke with became confrontational and rather rude. Over the years, I have used towing services for their help, with routes from Killeen to Nolanville and back, and I have never been charged more than $150 to $300, depending on the distance and availability. This pricing is exorbitant and predatory in nature.
