They were very friendly and helpful and actually listened to what I wanted to have done and gave me a good price and a 2-3 day timeframe . I came back to drop my truck off the next day and they confirmed with a different guy exactly what I wanted so there was no miscommunication. Before starting on it, they called me and said they didn't have a super 10 in stock and would be an additional 2-3 days to get in but had a performance muffler in stock so I decided to go with that instead and a chrome tip since they had to build a custom pipe from the y-pipe back. I picked it up on Wednesday (started work Tuesday I believe) and I am very pleased with how it sounds and looks and really turns this truck into what a v8 should sound like. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality…read more I called earlier this morning to have this particular mechanics to take a look at my car as it would not start. He mentioned as a result of his kid's summer activities that he wouldn't be able to get out to my home until this afternoon. The afternoon came and went and no word from Derrick. I think that its extremely unprofessional for him to be a no call no show especially considering that he gave me his word that he'd be here. Had I known that he wouldn't show, I could've had my car towed to a shop instead of wasting a day with no transportation. I certainly wouldn't do business with someone like him in the future.

Went to get an oil change. According to the receipt they filled the windshield fluid, they did…read morenot. I checked it. They said my tires pressures were all at 35 PSI, they are not. I know that because I had to reset my oil life and I have to go past that to get to the oil life screen. This was the first time I felt the need to make sure I actually had oil in my Jeep after a service. I know all these things are minor but when the receipt says things were done or checked and they weren't, it makes you question if the service you paid for was even done. I've never used Walmart before but I unfortunately won't go back.
