Victoria was great at finding me the best tires that I needed before getting on the road when no other tire shop could help in a timely manner. She had the tire already waiting for me when I walked in. She even made sure all of my tires were inspected. She found me the greatest deal and even offered to get me a tire from their other location along with setting up an appointment time. She even quoted me for new tires and they were cheaper than the other competitors and an even better warranty. They had me in and out in less than 15 minutes. They even have affordable payment plans if needed. They definitely have a customer for life in me!

Jake at Fast Lane was a savior!…read more I had drove from San Antonio to Cooperas Cove to purchase a vehicle however, I had some concerns prior to purchasing it and needed to access to a vehicle lift (lowered muscle car) I rolled up to Fast Lane on a late Monday afternoon just minutes after closing. As I walked-in a gentleman seemed to be closing the books for the day and looked like the only person around. He greeted me and I apologized for being "that guy" and explained my situation. With a positive attitude and smile on his face Jake said let's take a look Sir. He crawled under the car for a few minutes with a flashlight and then said let's put it on the lift and see if we can take a better look and address your concerns. While on the lift he discovered some minor issues I was unaware of yet, deemed the car safe to drive. With Jakes help I was able to get the seller to work with me on the price and drive my "new to me" car home -- with peace of mind. PRICELESS. Very pleased with the service, professionalism and honesty at Fast Lane Auto. BIG shout out to Jake on choosing to provide outstanding customer service and a job well done! Thank you.

Before starting on it, they called me and said they didn't have a super 10 in stock and would be an additional 2-3 days to get in but had a performance muffler in stock so I decided to go with that instead and a chrome tip since they had to build a custom pipe from the y-pipe back. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality…read more I called earlier this morning to have this particular mechanics to take a look at my car as it would not start. He mentioned as a result of his kid's summer activities that he wouldn't be able to get out to my home until this afternoon. The afternoon came and went and no word from Derrick. I think that its extremely unprofessional for him to be a no call no show especially considering that he gave me his word that he'd be here. Had I known that he wouldn't show, I could've had my car towed to a shop instead of wasting a day with no transportation. I certainly wouldn't do business with someone like him in the future.
