So at the end of June this year, I had to take my 07 Silverado in to figure out what was causing…read morethe squeaking noise. The mechanics told me that they would inspect it and then let me know. We all concluded it had to be either the timing chain or the harmonic balancer. They had my truck for almost a month and I ended up spending more than double what I was expecting. After they replaced both parts, they then claimed that my lifters are going to need replacing and charged me an additional 2 grand for that as well. After paying for the parts they replaced, I took my truck home only to have a new fault come up, low oil pressure. I called them and had them take my truck back to fix that issue and made them pay for it out of pocket being that this fault never occurred before they took my engine apart. Out of spite, they messed up my alignment. When I FINALLY took my truck back from them for good, my truck was driving somewhat straight but my steering wheel was halfway turned to make this happen. I had to take my truck to another shop for an alignment job which cost me even more money. So all I ask is that if you're reading this, please don't do business with these people. They're going to over charge you for everything and when they mess up and you call them out on it, they're going to cause more issues expecting you to bring it back in so they can continue to gouge you. With all the mechanic shops I've dealt with in over 20 years, these guys are the worst.

They wouldn't even look at it at first. They seemed to be upset I didn't let them diagnose the problem originally. I am old school and I'm not stupid when it comes to my truck, I have over 300,000 miles on it and I am the original owner. I can tell by listening to it what's wrong with it and I've always been correct. The power steering pump was the original power steering pump it was whining like a stuffed pig, and the truck was not turning properly not only that I had had it diagnosed at another garage, but they were too expensive regardless,I didn't feel like the attitude was correct. I won't go back there for any reason nor do I recommend anyone else go there due to the attitude I was given. I kind of brushed it off when I left to have them fix it,when I returned to pick it up I felt they were uncomfortable with me being there and barely said a word to me. I don't know what their problem was. I am always nice and respectful to people and never went in there angry or yelling cussing. Nothing I was very polite on the phone with them and very polite when I took it back did not expect to be treated the way I was But like I said it is fixed now and working great. I have usually worked on my truck myself because I don't want or trust anyone else working on it however do eye cancer I'm not able to see as well as I should. My right eye is completely dark now,I hope in the future no matter where I'm at. I'm able to trust a mechanic more than I did this place.

Everyone is friendly and helpful, and I've been ten times or so in the last couple years and I have never seen them smoking in the bays. They are professional and know what they're doing, and they're flexible and okay with letting you watch the service or sit in the car or pull up your insurance on your phone. The biggest thing I hate about getting my oil changed is waiting forever. This place does it quick.

I Live in Austin and I was visiting family in Killeen so I decided to get my car Windows…read moretinted.It's cheaper to do in Killeen Than Austin.I called a few places and Honestly decided to go with Deepstage because they were the least expensive place.I called while on my way and He said they could get me first thing in the morning and I explained that wouldn't be possible bc I was only in Town for a couple hrs.He told me to go ahead and bring my car in and that the tint guy (Kevin) could do 2 cars at once.The only bad thing I could say is I waited about 3 hrs But I was just happy they fit me in so waiting really diddnt bother me.The 2 guys at the front were super Awesome! Really good customer service! When it was done Kevin went outside with us and told us the do's and dont's for the next 3 days to not mess up the tint.Which I also thought was Awesome! To top it all off when I paid he had explained to me since we looked them up on the web they gave us $20 bucks off an already great price for a promotional special!!! We tipped Kevin left and the car looks great! If we have any other cars that we need tinted Im not going to think Twice about Driving to Killeen and having Deepstage do my tint! I went to auto zone and purchased the built and replaced it myself. It cost me less than $30 and not much time. If something as simple as a headlight bulb could take half a day and cost $300, I can't imagine the estimate for other repairs. I feel there must be better options if you need vehicle maintenance.

My brakes were metal on metal in the back, and I nearly slid through a stop sign which scared the daylights out of me! When I took my car in. I was told that I need both front and back brakes in Cove. I called brakes plus to get an estimate over the phone and explained that I could only do the rear brakes at this time due to finances . When they did the inspection, which was free, they told me I only needed rear breaks and they could do them right away. I was in and out in one hour and it was $80 cheaper than my quotes from Cove. BEWARE OF ENGINE DAMAGE! I went in the shop on June 15th for spark plug replacement and then got…read morevalve cover replaced. They failed to pull the spark plug out safely, broke the thread, and now new spark plug wont fit in, car is dead. Somehow the thread damage has become THOUSANDS of dollar in engine replacement which they completely refuse to take responsibility. They would blame the previous owner for putting the wrong spark plug in. While that could be true, spark plugs seize happen, but they would rather twist until damage instead of stopping if necessary to not break the vehicle down. My car was running fine before they messed up the threads, rendered my car completely dead. They did not stop knowing they could damage the vehicle. And they never informed me beforehand that the spark plug replacement could break engine and escalate to THOUSANDS in repair, which of course they deny any responsibility and can't even fix it themselves. I came to this location numerous times for break pads and rotors repair on the same vehicle. I trusted them to uphold their expertise, I guess until they break something, then all repair cost is pushed to the customers, so they can rush the next one out.
