I shop around for the best fuel prices on fuel and Murph's has that and its convenient.. They also offer a rewards program, can't beat it...

I've never been disrespected and humiliated in my life the way it happened tonight. I never go to…read morethis store, and ended up there tonight bc my regular store was out of cheese. The store not only committed theft, robbed and stole from me, but also handled the issue in the most disrespectful fashion you can imagine. I purchased nachos, something I get almost daily ( from my regular store) and never had an issue with them, I get in my vehicle to head home. 2 min on the road I grab one nacho and almost had to vomit. The nachos were stale, bad, and had a rancid smell/taste, a chemical like taste. I immediately returned to the store and asked for a refund. The rude lady at the register said that she's not authorized to issue a refund, calls the store manager Janae, who decides over the phone that the nachos are not bad, and refused to refund me and interestingly demanded i take even more time out of my life to come back on Monday after she's already deteemined and decided that i would not receive a refund all while she's on the phone. She caused a long line over $3.78, and to make matters worse threatens me to call the police for simply asking for a refund. I have a 100% clean record, know most of the cops in town and have a great relationship with them, so I told her that was a great idea matter of fact. After waiting for about 30min outside, I go back in to ask when the store manager and/or the police would come. The rude lady at the register just kept repeating herself over and over saying the manager is on the way and would not give me a time. When I asked for a pen to write down the store manager's name, she then refused to let me use one of the MANY pens at the register and said the entire store had no pens. I called customer relations 800-255-0711 to submit a complaint about both corporate employees, in result I received a call from a local number 254-312-0980 from a woman who was very aggressive, hostile, defensive, rude over the phone demanding I tell her what happened. When I tried to receive clarification about who I was talking to she hung up the phone on me. The call lasted 1min 30 seconds and all I got was Aisha ( if I'm not mistaken) I will be reaching out to the health department, news and paper, to the CEO/President Mr. DePinto and every other single person in corporate headquarters via phone and email to report this issue. If a customer were to start consuming food and left the store it's considered a crime which is 100% true, but when the store knowingly sells bad food, it's rewarded? That can not be right. To be slapped in my face with my own money. I'm a very respected individual in my community,and i will warn everyone. My vehicle still has the most horrid odor from the nachos being in my car for just a few minutes, and I have an upset stomach for which i will need to seek attentiin for now. I'm in disbelief and shock about this nightmare and i have been treated not as a customer but as a human. I will request for all footage to be pulled, if it hasn't been deliberately deleted by now. It's an absolute shame that another customer offered to refund me out of his own pocket on behalf of this store, of course I kindly declined. At this point it's no longer about a refund, the issue is well above and beyond that! I am disgusted to say the least. Needless to say I left the nachos in the store, in their trash bin as I was not going to knowingly continue to poison myself and eat trash. If I was offered unlimited free anything from the store for the rest of my life I wouldn't accept and refuse to enter and go back to a business that is disgustingly unprofessional, lies, has no ethics, morals, steals from its customers etc. I will also be disputing the charge with my bank. Out of curiosity, had I tried the food before it was rung up, and of course decide to not purchase bad food, would I have been forced to purchase it even though it's trash, would it have been considered theft for not wanting to pay for bad food?Your merchandise always rings up more. I expect an apology from all parties involved.
