Outstanding Bill's Tow Service in Killeen, Texas I had an excellent experience with Bills Towing. From start to finish, the service was top-notch. The towing vehicle itself immediately stood out -- it was clean, new, and honestly one of the most impressive -looking tow trucks I've ever seen. It gave me confidence right away that I was dealing with professionals who take pride in their equipment. The driver Justin truly made the experience exceptional. He was incredibly patient, efficient, and clearly very skilled at what he does. What could have been a stressful situation turned into a surprisingly enjoyable one thanks to our conversation. He shared some really fascinating stories about his life background, which made the whole process feel much more personal and memorable. If you're ever in need of a tow (rental car broke down) in or around Killeen or just off the 35 going towards Austin, I highly recommend Bill's Towing. Professional equipment, outstanding customer service, and a driver Justin who truly goes above and beyond. Hands down one of the best service experiences I've had. read more

Ordered a tow truck around 10am on a Monday because my car wouldnt start. By 2:30pm they had told me numerous times that someone was 10 minutes away, or that someone would be there to pick up my car in 5 minutes. Needless to say, they never showed up. These guys are an absolute joke. read more

Zara the Dispatcher was so amazing. Her Customer Service skills are phenomenal. I truly appreciate her and her team Justin and William. They were truly accommodating and very helpful and my time of need. They all made the process effortlessly easy. And I truly appreciate them. I will be referring them to other people as well as you think them again. Also, the best part about this experience is that they are down to earth and affordable.. They are not like the big companies that just care about bottom line. They truly care about people. Thank you guys so much. read more

After I got a blow out in my rear tire going 80 on my motorcycle, I called progressive roadside and they set me up with a different towing company around 130pm told me they'd be there by 230.. 230 rolled around and I called they told me they were 30 minutes out. Benefit of the doubt they didn't show up so I called at 315 and they told me they cancelled.. never even told me Frustrated with the 30mph winds beating on me and my bike having already fallen over I called progressive asking wtf was up.. they then told me they were looking for another company.. It was 4pm when I got a message they had secured a pickup... 3 minutes later Bills towing and storage called me and said they would have someone there in 30 minutes.. 4:15 kennith showed up loaded up my bike with carefully but efficiently. We were in the road to Austin. Although I was flustered and beaten by the sun Kenntih was great company there and back. Recommending progressive goes with this towing company as their number one choice. Had they called them first I wouldn't have been waiting on the highway during Texas' brutal windstorm for 5 hours. Appreciate everything this company bills towing and storage did for me . read more

Overall good business, dependable and friendly. As for pricing, it is reasonable and can say it was well worth it. Derrick is the definition of a smooth operator if I've ever seen one! Lol, you'd think the rig had legs the way it moved (not an exaggeration). As well as taking the time and proper measures to ensure the well being of the vehicle's shows experience and care for the craft. I'd highly recommend read more

Called and got a price on a tow and it was very reasonable for a tow company. We were told 45 mins and he was there in 25. Were we had the car towed to to drop off had an issue with the car and the drive helped us out big time with a place to store the car and even went beyond his job and helped us out with a wheelchair for my son that we had been calling around for all day and couldn't find one. Great people great service if I could leave a 100 stars for them I would. read more

I had a bad day with my flat tire in freezing weather. It took less than 15 minutes for Tres to arrive (estimated time was 30 minutes). He was so nice and professional except one of his tool didn't work properly. The price was acceptable, I would pay more for the service in that crazy weather. Definitely recommend this service. read more

My truck broke down on I-14 during rush hour. I wound up calling the first mechanic I could find on Yelp (See my review on Chuck's Garage) who then dispatched Bill for me. I thought I would be waiting for over an hour like you usually do for tow service. However, they were informed that I was stranded on a busy interstate during rush hour, so Bill rushed over to pick me up in 15 minutes from the time I called!!! I was amazed how fast he showed up. Bill was very professional but also kind and funny. He dropped me and my truck off at the mechanic. He handled my truck with great care. He really knows what he is doing. I really am grateful for the quick and safe tow. By far my best experience ever with getting one of my vehicle's towed. Thanks Bill! read more

Excellent! Very fast and affordable. Dispatch was pleasant. There will be a bigger charge if you're getting towed on Fort Hood. Recommended by Patriot Service department to me, and they did not tell me wrong. read more

Tried to have a motorcycle towed with these guys after a motorcycle accident. Mind you, a motorcycle accident. The guy expected my husband to get on the bike to help him load it. Really? He just got on an accident and he can't even walk right. With or without a key we wouldn't have been able to load it. My husband is on crutches with a swollen ankle and a torn ACL. We tried to tell the guy that it only weighed 400 lbs but he said still, I'm gona need you to get on the bike while I pull it. Don't even get me started with the $30 fee because the guy 'waited for 20 minutes whIle we show up' when the dispatch said it will take about 1 hour and they will get one of their crews to get ahold of us. No one got ahold of us until we got a call from the tow driver telling us that he was already on site. We didn't get a call from dispatch or the driver that someone was en route but we're here paying for their miscommunication. Terrible. read more

After getting into a really bad accident, Bill's Towing was kind and help me with ALL the questions that I needed answered. I don't remember the front office woman's name but she put me at ease. They helped more than they know, and when I forgot some of my items, she was more than happy to help me, even carried some of my belongings due to being hurt from the accident. I really appreciate everything that you guys have done for me in this situation and if I need another service from, I will definitely come back to you. I'm a master tech and recently needed to move my toolbox from my old job to my house. Artie, the driver, was very polite and professional. He did an excellent job loading my tool box onto his truck and made sure it was completely secure. I would absolutely put my trust in this company with any towing needs! read more

By far the WORST experience I've ever had with this company. I had a motorcycle accident and before a friend of mine could come help me get my bike off of the street, they just popped up and towed it with absolutely NO permission whatsoever. When I got to the place to pick it up four days later, they charged me for five. They were down right rude about everything. Mind you I had just laid my motorcycle down and I was on crutches. One guy said that I needed to hurry because they closed soon. They told me that they weren't required to lift anything so they couldn't help me put it on a truck and the wouldn't provide a piece of wood to assist either. We went out to look at my bike and there were pieces missing from when I last saw it. My friend stated this to the man that escorted us and he got an attitude and told him to leave because his name wasn't on the title of my motorcycle. So I guess he expected me to load my bike in a truck with no help while I'm on crutches because I own it. This company is crap and I will NEVER EVER recommend them to anyone. If you have a wreck and they pull up, do yourself or your insurance company a favor and call someone else!!! read more
