After I got a blow out in my rear tire going 80 on my motorcycle, I called progressive roadside and they set me up with a different towing company around 130pm told me they'd be there by 230.. 230 rolled around and I called they told me they were 30 minutes out. Benefit of the doubt they didn't show up so I called at 315 and they told me they cancelled.. never even told me Frustrated with the 30mph winds beating on me and my bike having already fallen over I called progressive asking wtf was up.. they then told me they were looking for another company.. It was 4pm when I got a message they had secured a pickup... 3 minutes later Bills towing and storage called me and said they would have someone there in 30 minutes.. 4:15 kennith showed up loaded up my bike with carefully but efficiently. We were in the road to Austin. Although I was flustered and beaten by the sun Kenntih was great company there and back. Recommending progressive goes with this towing company as their number one choice. Had they called them first I wouldn't have been waiting on the highway during Texas' brutal windstorm for 5 hours. Called and got a price on a tow and it was very reasonable for a tow company. We were told 45 mins and he was there in 25. Were we had the car towed to to drop off had an issue with the car and the drive helped us out big time with a place to store the car and even went beyond his job and helped us out with a wheelchair for my son that we had been calling around for all day and couldn't find one. On last Monday February 5, I needed my vehicle towed to my mechanic to service it. another towing company that I made a appointment with (dropped the ball) to show up at 9AM They never called me until 10AM! My truck broke down on I-14 during rush hour. I wound up calling the first mechanic I could find on Yelp (See my review on Chuck's Garage) who then dispatched Bill for me. I thought I would be waiting for over an hour like you usually do for tow service. However, they were informed that I was stranded on a busy interstate during rush hour, so Bill rushed over to pick me up in 15 minutes from the time I called!!! I was amazed how fast he showed up. Bill was very professional but also kind and funny. He dropped me and my truck off at the mechanic. He handled my truck with great care. He really knows what he is doing. Tried to have a motorcycle towed with these guys after a motorcycle accident. Mind you, a motorcycle accident. The guy expected my husband to get on the bike to help him load it. Really? He just got on an accident and he can't even walk right. With or without a key we wouldn't have been able to load it. My husband is on crutches with a swollen ankle and a torn ACL. We tried to tell the guy that it only weighed 400 lbs but he said still, I'm gona need you to get on the bike while I pull it. Don't even get me started with the $30 fee because the guy 'waited for 20 minutes whIle we show up' when the dispatch said it will take about 1 hour and they will get one of their crews to get ahold of us. No one got ahold of us until we got a call from the tow driver telling us that he was already on site. We didn't get a call from dispatch or the driver that someone was en route but we're here paying for their miscommunication. Terrible. read more

A friend of ours had some bad luck with one of the local law enforcement agencys and his vehicle was towed... unable to retreave it from his pearch in the jailhouse.....he ask if we could grt his truck out of inpound ...which was building up quite a nice storage fee....So being the dumbbutt that I am ...my wife and I went down and ask if we could get the truck out...Well...the young lady named Kevin said...Its complicated and it is just the way that the Insurance co make it if you are not on the title or insurance policy. You cant get the truck....So I said Hey what if we put his truck on our insurance....She said let me check....TA-DA they work their magic and in minutes we were out of there....and meet some of the nicest,,,,warmest,,,funniest,,coolest strangers ever and within minutes they were to us at least CLOSER THAN OUR OWN FAMILYS.....What a Story book ending....gotta meet these people ....they do a great job and are never appreciated....always met with ANGER AND POISON....its goood to see rays of sunshine penetrate the dark places!!!!! read more

By far the WORST experience I've ever had with this company. I had a motorcycle accident and before a friend of mine could come help me get my bike off of the street, they just popped up and towed it with absolutely NO permission whatsoever. When I got to the place to pick it up four days later, they charged me for five. They were down right rude about everything. Mind you I had just laid my motorcycle down and I was on crutches. One guy said that I needed to hurry because they closed soon. They told me that they weren't required to lift anything so they couldn't help me put it on a truck and the wouldn't provide a piece of wood to assist either. We went out to look at my bike and there were pieces missing from when I last saw it. My friend stated this to the man that escorted us and he got an attitude and told him to leave because his name wasn't on the title of my motorcycle. So I guess he expected me to load my bike in a truck with no help while I'm on crutches because I own it. This company is crap and I will NEVER EVER recommend them to anyone. If you have a wreck and they pull up, do yourself or your insurance company a favor and call someone else!!! read more
