I drive a 2006 BMW 650i vert. I experienced a transmission malfunction code while driving and pulled into a Tractor Supply lot to regroup. Once in park, my car was stuck in park. This is from my experience last night, so I stay in Troy and I happened to get stuck in a pretty bad spot with a lot of mud my fault for not thinking about the weather, so we call Temple towing and explain to them what's going on and that we are pretty far off from the road they say it's okay and will be there to help, well fast forward 40 mins and the guy shows up and flashes his light and doesn't even try to help! Like he didn't even go in the mud, didn't try to use they pulley device on the back nothing! And the crazy thing is I was still charged 85$ for them to come and flash a light! Are you serious? That's trash customer service I was more than willing to pay but they didn't even try use the vehicle for the job! Disappointed to say the least and out 85$ so thanks for nothing. Update My car was pulled out by my uncles two wheel drive truck the next morning, I hope everyone see how lazy one of your employees truly is, basically robbed me on my money while managing to do absolutely nothing to help i posted a video as well to show I'm not lying LAST UPDATE The issue was addressed personally by the manager and my god was he professional and detailed with everything that had happened, everything was taken care of and I'm truly happy the management is on top of customer interactions!! WE were stranded out somewhere off of N36 more towards Houston... In our historic Texas 1973 Cadillac Eldorado (coupe, that's right!)..... That we just bought!! ...... COME ON YOU BIG BEAUTIFUL YACHT, DON'T YOU DO THIS TO ME NOW.!! I JUST PUT $35 IN YOUR ENORMOUS 8.2 LITER BELLY TO GET ME 'THE FIRST' 25 MILES DOWN THE ROAD.!!!! CURSE THIS WONDERFUL AND LEGENDARY BEAST.!!!!! AHHH #%#$^#@#$ @#$@#$ @#$$#$@$$ @#$@#.... ^$*^&*(&$$ #$%#$%$%!!!!! %^*@@#*(&**%^...... #%$@.!!! It was really HOT outside too.... %$^&&!!! After calming down we called some towing companies that were more local or in that area and pondered the $600-$1000 quotes we received from them (GOOD GOLLY MISS MOLLY, OH GEEZE $@%^.!!!). After about 15 minutes of twiddling our wallets, a very wise old man (No, not Yoda... and no it wasn't the humidity or the heat outside, or the OTHER QUOTES!! #$^&.!) said to call Temple Towing (Temple, TX) AGAIN (even though they were not from right around that exact area) and it was $509 for a less than 3 hour wait that really WAS out in the middle of The Great Lone-Star state. Up pulls DANNY (tow-truck driver), AGAIN...!! HAHAHAHAHA!!! $%^#..!!! He is an outstanding tow-truck driver!! Just a good person all around and really is someone who helps drivers who are already in a stressful situation feel at ease. He is great and drove us more than two hours back the other way. He will drive pretty much anywhere to help a driver who is stranded and is one hard worker!!! I will ALWAYS use Temple Towing from now on and can't speak highly enough about how much they helped my brother and I get back to where we needed to be. :) read more

Temple Towing is very professional and great at what they do! Traveling from San Antonio home to Fort Worth, the alternator on my 2005 died just off of I-35 as I exited for gas on Midway. My car was stranded at the light at the intersection as my friend and I (two women) exited the car and quickly googled a towing service. Google lead me to Temple Towing Service, I called them and the dispatcher professionally asked me where I was and said they had a truck available immediately. Literally five minutes after my phone call, the tow truck operator was rolling my vehicle back from the intersection and quickly and professionally (hydraulically) loaded my Merc onto the flatbead and hauled me and my friend to the Ford Dealership. The dealership could not get to my car for two days! So, the driver got on his phone and located a reputable local independent repair shop. Loaded my friend and I up in the truck and took us to the repair shop (Wes's); I highly recommend them too!). A trip home from San Antonio had a little adventure rather than a ruinous car trouble story, thanks in huge part to Temple Towing. I could not recommend them more! Sincerely - Carla L. Ira took great care and expertise getting my car off high center in a construction zone where I drove over a curb and got stuck. Front wheel drive only works if front wheels get traction. He lifted front end and place 4x4 beams under to lift. He had to go from side to side, very scary. However, he did this in record time and got me on my way with no damage. THANK YOU IRA! read more
