I found myself in unfamiliar territory with two dogs and no spare in hot weather but right next to this shop. I asked for help. They don't normally service Rivians, so they didn't have the tire size I needed. They didn't know me and I'm not a local--so they had nothing to gain and had no reason to think they'd see me again. But three guys swarmed like a NASCAR team (not quite, but it sure felt that way), did a temporary fix to get me to a store that had the right tires, gave me good advice, and dropped everything they were working on in order to do it.
