We honestly wanted to resort to one parent to another and one human to another since we're adults and we felt like we should be able to other, and then soon after that, Cps showed up at my door we were thrown in jail. Our civil rights were violated federal and state laws were protect us from the illegal conduct that was conducted by the police officials the tow truck drivers the RV park manager of the residence where we reside at, and they kidnapped. Our kid illegally taking her from our care, placing her into foster care where she still at. All of our stuff was paid up for the month. We didn't owe no electric no water no rent park manager had our stuff illegally towed off on the 24th nine days after we were arrested claiming that we caused a disturbance and guess who told stuff off Sam Piper the lead of his grandkids when I got out I let him know that I was going to be getting $2200 to get her to get my RV back since he said my car had been picked up by the finance company. There is nothing they could do about my car, but not to mention they stole everything out of my car down to my daughter's car seat, the finance company of my car took pictures before they took it off their toe lot and there is nothing in my car. We had over 1000 that 2000 worth of personal property. Then Sam gave me his personal he said that he didn't want me to business about this matter on the business number that I needed to contact his personal cell phone number he gave me the wrong number and I have been trying to contact him for three days about picking up my RV and I wasn't getting a response so I finally called back the business number to figure out what was going on and why Sam wasn't responding only to find out that I had the wrong number then he claimed it was too late for the RV that it had been sold and I couldn't get my RV back when he knew that I was trying to recover it from their yard, but still went ahead and sold it right underneath us we were get all the paperwork and all the documents we had it all to provide plus the money to get it. I asked him where the RV was. He declined to let me know where it's at, kept me from being able to go to my RV to get my personal property, but he himself RV twice to get me personal property that he claimed that he could only get things not everything declined to let me even get my personal property from it said it was sold with the RV I would not trust this company. They are not good they lie they steal from their clients they give wrong numbers out to be able to do the business that you need to to retrieve your items. They are not good I've been asking the owner Kathy's number to get in touch with her and they refuse to give it to me. They refuse to give me the location where my RV was they kept diverting me spinning, my wheels costing time, etc..

I found myself in unfamiliar territory with two dogs and no spare in hot weather but right next to this shop. I asked for help. They don't normally service Rivians, so they didn't have the tire size I needed. They didn't know me and I'm not a local--so they had nothing to gain and had no reason to think they'd see me again. But three guys swarmed like a NASCAR team (not quite, but it sure felt that way), did a temporary fix to get me to a store that had the right tires, gave me good advice, and dropped everything they were working on in order to do it. They're good people. It's safe for real customers to assume they're honest, fair, do good work and will take care of them. Sincere thanks to you guys.

I was delayed unexpectedly on the way and discovered that I could not make it before the 4 PM closing time even though I was close. Stacy was very helpful in letting me arrive a few minutes late. In addition, Stacy was very communicative on the phone on the front end, helpful while I was traveling, had a friendly and can do attitude, and helpful to service me in a professional manner. Every aspect of my interaction with Stacy was positive and smooth.

Being that I live 50+ miles away from their Belton location, I had offered to pay by credit card, debit card, or electronic check. C.J. stated to me that they used to allow this, but they had decided to stop accepting payment other than in person. Being it was a Saturday morning, I asked if the daily impound fees ($22 per day) could be waived for the next two days since the banks wouldn't open until Monday. She put me on hold for 10 minutes to reach her Manager, who said it was my fault for not being able to make it to Belton in time and that the fees would still apply. This is the only towing company I'm aware of doing this. Please avoid doing business with this greedy wrecker company.
