Ordered an engine and was told we would have it in two days time. Two weeks later we were told someone failed to get the order in or get it pulled. Finally the engine came in, we installed it and the block was leaking coolant from multiple places before the vehicle was started. We replaced the valve cover gaskets because they were leaking before the install just to have a huge coolant leak. After having put my customer in a vehicle to drive, on our dime, we had to order another engine (I ordered it elsewhere with a warranty, less miles and lower cost). Had the replacement engine in two days and installed. After contacting Shad and Shane both, we were told that they would pick up the cracked engine and refund us for the part but not for the $600 labor, fluids and other parts. We were told "I could have maybe helped if you ordered another engine from us". I have relayed the info to my people and we will never be doing business with this company. They do not stand behind anything that they sell. read more
