Great customer service and vehicle service. Mr Bobby Parton and his staff are very professional and people friendly. Took in my truck with AC blowing but not cool. Josh worked on my truck and was very professional about the problem. Other mechanics would have given up, Josh kept at it. Problem resolved and AC blows cool now. The staff is exceptional and will take you out into the bay and show you on your vehicle what the problem is. Explain it to you in terms you can understand. On 03/27 I brought my girlfriend's vehicle in. it had a noise in the front end and also needed a tune up. I thought the noise sounded like a strut. Bobby pulled up the history of her vehicle and then reminded me we had recently had the struts had been changed a few months back and if it was a strut it should be under warranty. As it turns out it was just a loose nut in the front end. (They could have charged me for the struts and I wouldn't have known the difference, A few hours later Bobby called me back and told me it was done. it runs great and the noise in the front end is gone. Took my car there a week ago (1/29/2025)I had my wife call the next day asking when the car would be fixed. Bobby told me that the the technician was out sick with the flu.(1/30/2025) I then called myself Friday to ask when the techincian would be back or is there anyone else that could work on my vehicle. Bobby then told me he would call me back and never did. Mind you I had prevous work done to my engine that came to around $5000 less than a year ago! (1/31/2025). Tuesday comes around and had called Monday Bobby was off and just came to pick up my vehicle without explaining what was wrong with my car. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. Went in for a T hose for my AC unit, major linking for the T hose area. Service rep said he could get the T hose for $7.95 and with installation in would be around $99.00 to repair. The next day when the part came in and they put it on it didn't stop the leak. The Rep called and told me that in order to fix, I would have to purchase the complete hosing system. He had told me the day before that it would cost nearly $990.00 to order and install. Today said it would be $581.00 for part and labor. I asked about my military discount, he said he could take some off. I had the work done and when I went to get my car, I again, asked about the discount, he took $15 off the total bill and then told me for the first time that there would be a 3% ($20) charge for using my credit card, something he never mentioned the day before. The total charge came to more with the 3% charge, excluding the discount he had giving me. To top that off i paid and went to see the work performed and immediately noticed that the engine cover had not been put back on. Gladly I looked before I drove home. I recommend anyone looking to get a simple job done, to stay away from this shop. read more

Check engine light came on and car started stalling out, pulled into closest shop. They figured out what was wrong pretty quick and even stayed late so I didn't have to leave my car over the weekend. Lobby and shop were surprisingly clean and they even walked me out to my car to show me what was causing the problem. Will definitely return if I have any other car troubles. read more

NEVER AGAIN. Will tell you What is wrong, make you feel safe only to take your money, and a few months later when you figure out they didn't do the work there is nothing they can do because it's out of warranty! How can something be out of warranty if you didn't do the work in the first place??? I took my car in because my brakes were so bad and I couldn't wait until my husband took it in when he got back into town. The manager assured me that my brakes were so bad that they weren't safe enough to even leave the shop. I paid over 250.00 to have my front pads replaced and rotors turned. Three weeks ago my car started throwing brake dust and shaking so bad when I tried to brake it was just like when I had my brakes done before I took them to Precision. When the dealership replaced my brakes they found my pads still very thick and my rotors never turned. I had to replace my pads and rotors because they were now so badly warped, and the new pads were so badly damaged by the scored rotors that were never turned. When I contacted Precision they first offered to replace my back braces as a consolation, then reneged and said they wouldn't refund the cost of the original job they didn't do or the parts for the second job to correct the job not done the first time. When I tried to contact corporate they just routed me back to the district manager who told me that I couldn't talk to anyone else. He was the only one left. read more

Brought it back to precision and they redid oil change. Next day was Checking fluids in truck and the oil cap was off, luckily autozone had one in stock. Won't be back To precision. read more

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I was on the oil rig and my wife needed to get brakes done. she brought her car in and they charged her for changing pads, turning rotors and brake fluid flush. here we are 4 months later and the front end was shaking horribly on her car. We brought it to the dealer and they brought us back and showed us the rotors, they were never even turned. We talked to the current manager and the district manager and they said there is nothing they can do. Yea, real good at taking her $260.00 and not doing the work. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. Update. I've been trying to get my car inspected for a few weeks now. I kept going to this place because it's close to my house. Every time I went in they said they were busy and to come back on a certain day. Silly me, I kept going back and getting the same runaround. Yesterday they finally gave me an appointment for today. Went today to get my oil changed. They were fast, nice and even fixed my nozzle on my windshield wiper fluid contraption so now I can actually rinse my windshield without charging extra. Very clean and coffee was good. I have to change my oil about every 45 days due to the miles I drive and I will go back! read more

I took my car in for a inspection and a oil change. While the work was being done I walked over to my doctors office because I had a appointment. When I returned, I was told my car was leaking oil from the timing cover and it was going to cost around 1500.00 to fix it. I told them I had not seen any oil leaking on my garage floor and my car was running fine. My husband is deployed so after I got in touch with him, we both agreed it needed to be fixed but before we paid the 1500.00 my husband wanted me to take it to our regular mechanic to get a 2nd opinion. When I mentioned doing so, the lady behind the counter told me she would give me a 10% discount if I let them do the work. After I paid them for my inspection and oil change, I took my car directly to Corkey's to have them check it out. The mechanic tightened up the bolts around the timing cover, and wiped off the little bit of oil he could see. He told me the bolts were a little loose but to drive it over the weekend and bring it back and let him make sure it wasn't an actual leak. Well guess what.... no leak. The other strange thing was on Monday the lady from Precision called me and asked if I was going to bring my car to them and let them fix it. That was very odd to me...I had not made a appointment to drop my car off to them. I have never had a shop call me to see if I was going to let them do the work. ( I could understand if they had done work for us before and maybe if they knew me on a personal level but that was not the case) The lady seemed shocked when I told her no. I've had good experiences in the past going to Precision. They have always been friendly, but apparently they are just screwing you over with a smile. I had all four of my brake pads and rotors replaced on my car and they charged me over $700. A quick google search shows the average price to replace this is in the $200-$400 range, which means they charged me twice the actual price of the service. The labor charge was $250 when I was told it would take a hour and a half so twice the actual price there as well...over $160 /hr apparently. They also misread the year on my car and ordered the wrong parts so I had to wait additional time (that they were apparently charging me for). They were pleasant enough, but they obviously were just taking advantage of me. Do not go here...or at least call around and get a second opinion on the price. Learn from my mistake, I will NEVER take any vehicle there again except if I need to use the warranty on my $700 brakes. read more
