Currently in the waiting area. Dropped my car off around 8am for an alignment and oil change. Customer service has been great so far. The price for the alignment is already $24 cheaper than Firestone And I didn't have to wait HOURS to be taken care of. Christian is working on my car and seems to be doing a great job. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP! they will mess your car up... I went in earlier this week to install lowering springs on my '24 GLI, and mind you, I made an appointment and everything. Got there at 7:30am when they open and didn't leave til about noonish..to make it worse, there were multiple people that came in after me and left before me. Now, yeah maybe they didn't have anything crazy to have get done like suspension work like me, and I'm obviously no mechanic, but is installing lowering springs really a 5hr job?? especially for people who "know" what they're doing. Sorry this review might be long, but yeah, thats not even the worst part. They did end up telling me that since my suspension is electronic and I have sensors up front, some of my lights on my dash will go off, they said it's a chance but could happen. Sure enough, just my luck it did happen. Or was it bad luck? I go to another shop, Auto Euphoria (who is currently working on and repairing my car from these guys) and they tell me that Alignment and brake specialist in the process of installing my springs, they removed and ripped my front left wheel ABS sensor wire...on top of that, when I got the springs put on, they charged me for an "Alignment/camber adjustment" which was like $200+ that I didn't ask for, AND IT WASN'T EVEN ALIGNED!! So yeah, like I said, do NOT go to this shop, for anything, you will regret and pay for it later. Payed them $700+ to mess my car up and now gotta pay and work to get it fixed so I gotta spend even more money now... read more

My experience with this establishment is bleak at best. The owner lacks professionalism and basic customer service skills. I believe he thinks he can charge customers whatever he likes and once they question his logic he gets insulted and escalates the issue. Reading other reviews I can see this happens a lot, I would advise to steer clear of this place. read more

I went to this shop after my tires and control arms was changed. Right after I got there the price increased the guy in charge stating me having off market parts he has to charge me much more. Then I had to go back, because my stealing wheel wasn't centered and my car was driving terrible. When checking the car the control arms weren't straight and they were scratched and some cables weren't put back were they was suppose to be clipped back in and they got damaged too. I already seen that this front guy was pretty rude with other customers fighting I explained my issue and he right away started to attack me saying I hit something and I had put something in later that wasn't exchanged earlier which was not true at all and I told him that calm and nice and to stop accusing me trying to explain I was concerned about my safety. He then told me to leave his shop really rude and not to come back no refunding my money either. I have never been to a shop like this before where the service was so bad and the person in charge was so rude in aggressive denial and looking at the reviews now I ain't the first person that happened too. So not only that he charged me more, but being sneaky he put no warranty on his alignment invoice too. Do not go there. This is not acceptable and how you do business. read more

Horrible manager, if you have a Smart Start device, do not take it here to get recalibrated, they will get you in trouble and will not take accountability and will blame you. For example this past weekend, I went to this place for a simple recalibration, their hours on Saturdays is 7:30am-3pm, I had called ahead because I know some businesses like to close up early which is totally understandable, with the call ahead they said they'd be there until 12pm, I arrive around 10:50 am as I had to make the drive from Temple to Killeen, I brought it in and waited for them to recalibrate the device. After about 20 minutes they tell me there's a problem so they call the manager to come override whatever pop up Gad came up, they restart the system and then abruptly hand the device back to me and say there's something wrong on my account and to contact Smart Start, I let the manager know I could call them but I needed the device serviced today as if I don't I will be in violation. The manager told me I was "too late"... I was enraged because I was in no way being rude to this man but he was a smug, pretentious douchebag, I called Smart Start and they called this same shop to see what was the issue and he told them he couldn't help and had to go. The people who work here are lazy and idiots who do not take their work seriously and hate their customers, if this is how they treat people being Smart Start clients I can't imagine how subpar the auto services are. They have no idea what they're doing and it's a damn shame that the manager of the place is even in the position he's in. If you have a Smart Start device, STAY AWAY they don't know how to use the devices and will get you a violation. Go to Village Motors in Salado. read more

Honestly upset. Make sure to watch your car here. I had my vehicle there to get a new caliper on. I understood I was going to need the brakes bled afterwards. Total was $287. Which was good considering I needed it that day. Once everything was complete I was told that with taxes it came to $587?? Which is a bit much, just a little. So after just that major blow. I looked at my vehicle. They tightened my other caliper so it smokes down the road and through my passenger side alignment way off. Please be careful with your money people. Luckily I can fix this myself. read more

These guys s are horrible. I took my truck there to get my alignment done after putting a lift on it (my alignment was fine before the lift) and they told me they couldn't do the alignment because I had to replace all my front components (ball joints, tie rods, idler arm and pitman). I knew there was nothing wrong with the truck so I took it to firestone and they told me nothing was wrong and all the parts were tight and working smoothly. Firestone did the alignment and everything is good. These guys at this shop just want your money. read more
