Set another date for him to come out and do the work, he came replaced brake switch, brakes and calipers. Drove it one block and said the work was done and car was running fine. Paid 669.00 . I drove the car it left me stranded with the same VSA light and issue, called them back they sent someone out 2 days later who determined that the first mechanic failed to bleed the brakes. 3 days after that Im getting ready to run errands... SAME ISSUE CAR WONT MOVE LEFT ME STRANDED after driving 2.5 miles. Had it towed to a mechanic shop cause at this point I dont want Nuts or Bolts to touch a fkng thing I own. The mechanics I took the car to determined that when the previous mechanic replaced the break switch he put a screw in stead of a grommet. The grommet is what presses the switch to allow the breaks to come back into position once you take your foot off the breaks. Paid thebnew nechanic who was very transparent and even suggested that they dont understand why they replaced all that and failed to mention that I need new Rotors ! or at the very lease had them resurfaced for 669.00 !!! As I said .. NEVER AGAIN !

I've gone there several times for alignments. During my last visit, they told me I needed wheel bearings and gave me a written estimate of about $1,300 for parts and labor. I asked if I could supply my own parts, and they said yes, explaining only that they wouldn't be able to warranty customer-supplied parts. I specifically asked what the labor would cost and was told $645. I ordered the parts and, a few months later, called to make sure the labor price was still the same before bringing my car in. They assured me it was. When I arrived with my parts, instead of pulling up my original estimate, the employee created a new estimate with the labor increased by nearly $300. I stopped him and asked him to print my original estimate. He hesitated and only did so after I repeatedly insisted. The manager then came out and claimed the original labor price was only discounted because I was supposedly buying their parts. That explanation made no sense because I had already told them from the beginning that I would be supplying my own parts, and at that time they still quoted me $645 for labor. They never said that price depended on buying their parts. It felt like an excuse made up on the spot to justify charging me almost $900 in labor. To make matters worse, the parts they wanted to sell me were marked up by more than $500. I bought the exact same brand-new parts myself for only $170. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop. Make sure you get everything in writing, compare prices, and don't assume they will honor the estimates they give you. My wife and I hopped in the SUV and off we went, I drove past the shop heading east because it is set back a bit farther than the other businesses along the road but once I turned around it jumped right out at me. I pulled in, explained what I needed and the crew got right to work. After about 30 minutes I was asked to complete my customer data on their computer system. A few moments later a technician informed me that my A/C refrigerant was about 16 lbs low and that they were topping it off as we spoke. I paid my bill, the same price I had been quoted over the phone and went out to check out the A/C, the performance was perfect, couldn't be better, nice and cold! The shop is the perfect repair shop, they are all business and no BS. The waiting area is clean, and there is was coffee available for customers. There was no wi-fi signal available. The oil drain plug was left loose, causing oil to leak all over the underbody cover and drip throughout my entire road trip. My underbody cover was left covered in oil, and I had to spend even more of my own money on degreaser to clean up their mess. On top of that, they lost three screws from my underbody cover, leaving me concerned about whether it was properly secured. They rushed through the service and showed very little attention to detail. My 2025 Volkswagen Tiguan is practically new, and this is absolutely unacceptable. I trusted them to perform a basic oil change, and instead, I ended up dealing with an oil leak, a filthy underbody cover, missing screws, and additional expenses. For $140, I expected professional service and proper care for my vehicle. Instead, I spent my own time and money dealing with the consequences of their poor workmanship. An improperly tightened oil drain plug can cause serious engine damage if enough oil is lost. I would not recommend this location based on my experience, and I expect management to take responsibility for the poor service and the condition my vehicle was left in.
