We have been coming to this Jiffy Lube for more than a decade. Today's service was horrendous. It was 9:55 and Mr. Ramos comes out and without a hello says, "we don't do inspections till 10.", turns around and walks away. He didn't offer us to wait in their waiting area. We got used to the friendliest manager that was here prior. The former manager would always be polite and welcoming. We came back at 10:03. Mr. Ramos sees us and just waves us back from the inside of the work bay. We gestured to him because they let another car in front of us. Mr. Ramos comes and comes talk to us in a rude manner telling us why he just waved us back. We will definitely will be looking for a new oil change/ inspection place. These people are so nice and so respectful. They have helped me and my husband with both our cars. My husband needed a tune up and the other jiffy lube we went too would not take him, even though they had no one there. But once he came here to this one they were so helpful and even called him to make sure everything was good to go. With my car they did my oil change and did my filters as well. I recommend this jiffy lube to EVERYONE. If I could give more then 5 stars I would. If you value customer service like I do, then come here. 5+ stars in my book!! read more

I've been getting my state inspection here for years with great service. Two months ago I took my wife's car in and waited in the bay for about an hour and finally for another location. Last month I took my truck in and they had put in the wrong VIN. I tried to register my vehicle online but it said I didn't have an inspection. After waiting at the DMV they informed me the information was incorrect. I went back to Jiffy Lube and asked them to correct it. They said come back in the afternoon. I asked if they could just take my VIN and information and fix it when the inspector came in, instead the guy was combative and said I had to come back in the afternoon. The situation escalated as we were both irradiated, and he started yelling at me saying you're not getting any help because you have an attitude. I don't know what happened at this location but my last few visits haven't been positive. read more

Soo i have alot to say with jiffy lube in harker heights I came in last week and first i want to say the assistant manger Earl was Rude and very disappointed in his customer service experience! When i brought my new truck in for a oil change last week i didnt know where to pull my truck in the manger earl threw his hands in the air like if im Stupid and didn't have common sense. I asked if he had a issue and nothing was stated this manger has to go. The other employees was great the tall guy jacoby was nice and helped me and my wife and walked us in and jacoby also gave me a discount on the oil changes. I've been going to this location for years, never had any complaints. I was referred to them back in 2010 by a battle buddy, and I lived nearby so I figured okay cool, the older gentleman took care of my car like it was his own, oil change was quick and he was honest about my filters and said I could get it done the next time. Sometimes these places will try to milk you for every cent... this location wasn't like that. And here I am years later, living further away and I pass a few jiffy lube locations on my way there, but I'm loyal to this Harker Heights location, the guys there (Zeff and Jacob)make me feel like family when I come in and the same great thorough speedy service with a smile. General Manager, Charles, and his expert team are everything that a vehicle maintenance shop should be: Expert, Quick, Reasonable. I brought in my 06 MX-5 and my 07 Cobalt. I asked for a laundry list of services (Tax return $$ in hand) for both cars. After analysis and preliminary diagnostics, Charles replied: "Your MX-5 doesn't need a single thing" (Saay Wut?); Cobalt doesn't need both could benefit from a radiator flush." The team extracted the cabin filter; they asked me to inspect the condition of the item. Although the technician was ultra-professional, I Was So Embarrassed! That original white cabin filter had become a black and brown AirBnB for a Family of Bee and Fly Larvae (filter had never been changed). By far the best, most thorough, friendly Jiffy Lube I've been to! The gentleman helping me was very helpful and informative, told me about factory recommendations but didn't try to push me for anything. We had been going to Firestone since being here in Harker Heights but will be coming here from now on. Firestone is great as well, just more crowded and pricier services. Ok, so on the 12 of Jan I had my car state inspected for my registration. The guy who does the inspirations messed up on the paper work and the DMV wouldn't take it. So I had to go back to the Jiffy lube to get a new inspection paper. What should of been a quick fix it took 45 mins. The guy was also trying to charge me for his mistake on the paper. read more
