Completely understandable so I resigned myself to wait patiently until the truck was gone. Sometime shortly after calling (I made the purchase by phone several days earlier with the notice to employees that I am non ambulatory and would not be able to enter the store, so I was waiting in the spot by the door) the employee who told me there wasn't anyone to perform the service came out the door and went to his vehicle, presumably for lunch as it was now 3 minutes after 11 am. There were a couple of other things you can buy that doesnt have to be car parts. They got car accessorites as well like seat covers. Many different colors to choose and styles. She grabbed her diagnostic tool and we headed outside. She told me the code and suggested I search the internet . I told her I would and then I'd come back in. After doing just that, I walked back in was greeted by a gentleman named Robert. I explained and he came outside with me. I told him that Google said it was an Oil Pressure Censor and he checked under the hood. We headed inside and I purchased a couple of quarts of oil. He even put them in for me!
