I've gone there several times for alignments. During my last visit, they told me I needed wheel bearings and gave me a written estimate of about $1,300 for parts and labor. I asked if I could supply my own parts, and they said yes, explaining only that they wouldn't be able to warranty customer-supplied parts. I specifically asked what the labor would cost and was told $645. I ordered the parts and, a few months later, called to make sure the labor price was still the same before bringing my car in. They assured me it was. When I arrived with my parts, instead of pulling up my original estimate, the employee created a new estimate with the labor increased by nearly $300. I stopped him and asked him to print my original estimate. He hesitated and only did so after I repeatedly insisted. The manager then came out and claimed the original labor price was only discounted because I was supposedly buying their parts. That explanation made no sense because I had already told them from the beginning that I would be supplying my own parts, and at that time they still quoted me $645 for labor. They never said that price depended on buying their parts. It felt like an excuse made up on the spot to justify charging me almost $900 in labor. To make matters worse, the parts they wanted to sell me were marked up by more than $500. I bought the exact same brand-new parts myself for only $170. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop. Make sure you get everything in writing, compare prices, and don't assume they will honor the estimates they give you. After leaving I discovered that they also have complaints with the Better Business Bureau as well

My most recent experience has been getting my engine oil, transmission fluid and real axle lubrication changed out. Although the service wase xcellent as usual, I discovered yet another valuable service on offer at Kwik Kar. With todays' costs on everything rising, its important that car owners have an estimate on car parts that will need replacement in the future for planning and budgeting purposes. Items like exhaust systems, brake pads and rotors, timing belts and chains etc. do and will fail unless replaced prior of failure. Preventive Maintenance. Scotty gave me a good rundown on when I could expect to replace my brakes on my Infinity and gave me a projection of when I will need to replace the exhaust system in my second auto, a Dodge Caravan. This type of personalized care, gives me the peace of mind that I can take trips knowing that my autos are in good condition, all preventive maintainance is up to date and operational systems are being watched by Scotty and his team. Thanks to Scotty and his team at Kwik Kar.

I normally try to give businesses the benefit of the doubt, but my experience with TM3 Automotive…read morewas incredibly frustrating from start to finish. I dropped off my Ford F-150 on April 27th. On April 28th, I was told the timing chain needed repair and was quoted around $3,700. On April 29th, I approved the repair and paid a $1,900 deposit plus a $125 diagnostic fee. On May 4th, they texted me saying they had received the part and would begin repairs. Then on May 7th, after disassembling the engine, they told me they found metal shavings and recommended replacing the motor entirely for an additional $1,100 using a used engine. After thinking it over, I called on May 12th and told them we did not want to continue with the repair. I asked them to reassemble the truck so we could pick it up and only pay the diagnostic fee. They refunded the deposit and agreed. What happened next is what really upset me. I heard nothing until May 18th, when they texted saying they had to "make space" to get my truck back in the shop and that after disassembly the engine would not run and they would need to tow it back to my house. This was shocking because I DROVE the truck there. Yes, it had a knocking noise, but it was still running and drivable. Had I known disassembly could leave the truck unable to drive, I would have made a very different decision from the beginning. After expressing my frustration, I was told they could put it back together and make it run again, but they "wouldn't feel comfortable" with us driving it because the engine could blow. I told them to reassemble it anyway and we would take the risk ourselves. I was told it would be ready Friday. Friday came and went with no communication. After I reached out again, they finally said it was ready. Then, after picking up the truck, we discovered both running boards had been damaged while the vehicle was in their possession. These running boards were purchased in February and were in perfect condition before the truck was dropped off. When I contacted the owner, instead of trying to help, he became argumentative and accused me of "nitpicking." I asked if they could review their cameras since the truck had been sitting outside their shop. First I was told they had no cameras. However, the owner's wife had previously told me the vehicle was safe because they DID have cameras outside. After more back and forth, he suddenly said he would "check the cameras." Eventually he agreed to reimburse the running boards if I provided proof of purchase. Since they were bought on Facebook Marketplace, I provided proof of the bank transaction. He then said that wasn't good enough because it wasn't a receipt. After explaining again that Facebook Marketplace purchases don't come with store receipts, I never received another response and my number was blocked. Between the poor communication, changing stories, damaged parts, and being blocked instead of helped, this was an extremely disappointing experience. After reading all the other bad reviews now I see they have the same repetitive issue, People bringing their vehicles in one way and then coming out way worse than when it went in...... Undrivable! And then the way they handled the running boards issue... Just straight liars! I hope you enjoyed the $200 my son spent on those running boards, apparently you guys needed it more than my 21 year old who worked really hard to save and get those.

I paid $2,300 for an alternator and battery change on my Infiniti Q50 that took them two weeks to fix. When I finally picked up the car, I noticed immediately that it wasn't running right. I drove the car back immediately to the shop and pointed out that the car was handling roughly. The manager then proceeded to go into a number of explanations, which felt like problem deflection and an attempt to gaslight someone who's not as mechanically inclined as them. A week later, I had to put my car back in the shop when the check engine light came on and was informed that Elite Auto did not re-connect key hoses/connections for the turbocharger back to the engine. This resulted in further time and worry (on my part) and damage to the car. Since then, the manager of Elite Auto has been unresponsive to my calls or request for response. Had I known what I know now, I would have sucked it up and paid for another expensive tow to a more competent shop. I'd urge anyone thinking of taking their car to Elite Auto to think twice and go elsewhere.

Unfortunately, the bottom cover wish they had to remove to fix the problem, (In my opinion) was not secured properly and eventually came loose the next day, while driving home from work. I was definitely disappointed in this, regardless of how long a Business has been established. it is common sense in anything in life that mistakes have and will be made here or there, because we're all not perfect! I have the upmost respect for those who own up to a mistake and take of them care of it, no questions asked! I still highly recommend them for excellent muffler repairs and installing jobs. No hard feelings, but disappointed for not owning up to a possible mistake, because this was not an incident to be blaming on something else! again, the quality done to the muffler was but the outcome due to putting things back together getting the job done , very poor.
