Fantastic fabrication art here. Back in the early 90's, I first visited Bill's Muffler shop to have an exhaust modification done on my 86 VW GTI. She didn't have working AC, but after the exhaust modification done by B/M, it didn't matter, because the car sounded fantastic. Flash forward to 2026. I brought my 2021 Audi SQ5 in to have fake plastic exhaust tips replaced with a functional OEM look real stainless steel exhaust tips, several hours later, "viola" she now has beautiful functioning dual tips, for a third of the price of an aftermarket system, or and Audi factory option. The owners son took his time to insure the tips were assembled and pipe work was measured and aligned perfectly. If you need exhaust work done on any vehicle, in Killeen, IMO this is the correct and only place to go for satisfactory results!! (5 Stars always) See the before and after photos!!! read more

I took my car to get a muffler installed about a year ago. when I got it done and went home I took a look at the weld... let's say it was shitty. My mom the. went on facebook and posted about how bad it was and one of the workers offered to redo it the right way. It came out what you'd expect for the price (was about $120). I'm mainly writing this because I took it back to get a price of pipe welded where I cut it off, and they told me they couldn't do it because "my car was too low" even though one of my friends that had there car done at Bills has a lower car. I wouldn't recommend this place if you want quality. read more

If I could give zero I definitely would, I paid half down when I ordered the catalyic converter or my fathers truck, I was told by JT they would call when the parts got in so we can schedule an appointment, it had been 2 weeks without a call so my father and I drop by yesterday and low and behold the parts where in!!! Go figure, thanks for the call, I should have known by that to grab my parts and go anywhere but here, I asked the girl at the counter if she thought it would get done today she said " I don't know" I asked "could you ask someone?" She said "yeah" and just sat there, after 20 minutes of standing there at the counter in complete silence, while JT takes care of several other customers that came in after me, I told my dad we were leaving told the girl to call me if she finds out. She never called. So I get up this morning and call because this place closes up so early and it was only 5:10 when I called last night to get a status update. Of course no surprise JT wasn't in again I asked whoever answered the phone if the knew if they were gonna get to the truck today. Guy said I don't know, we're busy here, I asked if he knew when my parts came in he stated again I don't know because Nissan is an import it takes longer to get parts for it. last time I checked nisssan is out of smryna Tennessee, sure, so I asked if JT can call me when he gets in and he didn't call, I called 2 and a half hrs later asked to speak to JT, I wish I could have gotten a word in edgewise the rudest man in the world gets on the phone and proceeds to yell at me, about the fact they are busy and he just got back from the cardiologistic and how I was calling and distrurbing his employees and whatever else he said I went deaf and heard in my head I got your money and your truck, deal with it, now you're on my time!!! My problems are more important then anything that's going on in anyone else's lives. I called them again around 2:30pm to see if the truck was ready, the girl that answered the phone said she would call me when they are finishing up so I can be there when it got done. At 4:40pm I start driving over there because my dad needed his truck back and no one had called!!! I waited Up there for them to finish even though it was after 5, I wasn't leaving without i! I should have read the reviews before choosing this place. Don't worry I won't make that mistake again!!! I've never before Paid to be treated like shit. I would have gone to Dicks on the riverwalk for that at least I expect it from them. read more

When I walked through the doors of the shop the workers were very nice and honest. But the moment I gave the keys was when all hell broke loose. I told them that my car was all wheel drive and they said that it was no problem. They took my car and tried putting it on the lift that's not meant for all wheel drive. So they tried driving the car with the E brake on and burnt my clutch. All I saw was smoke coming out of the wheels and just the smell of burnt clutch and brakes. All they said was sorry and gave my car back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. SAVE YOURSELF AND LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE!!! read more

Needed to have our muffler rehung and a crack fixed. Contacted a car repair company and they said it be much cheaper to go directly through a muffler company. He recommended Bill's muffler. Repair took 30 minutes and was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company. They were friendly, honest, fast and inexpensive ! read more

Don't like leaving a bad review, but when I get told that to do a simple job that should of been fairly inexpensive turns to be more than $600. I might as well of simply bought a whole new exhaust. Tip: do research even if it's a little further. read more

Weld on one of my tailpipes broke 2 days after one year "workmanship" warranty. As soon as soon as I inquired about the warranty. The rudeness began. I was a paying customer. Refused to tell me a ballpark figure to reweld over the phone. 2018 and they have no idea how much what they do costs. Anyway I don't recommend. Go somewhere where they are happy to have your business. The way you handle a complaint is almost as important as the work you do. And you failed on both issue. Pretty awesome. My parking brake cable had broken due to vibration. Took it to Bill's and was told it'll be about 45 min to an hour. Within 15 minutes they had my truck on the rack. It was fixed within 10 minute and the parking brake cable was no longer rubbing against the drive axle which was making a clicking noise. read more

the price of the work is insane for the quality of the muffler they advertise called the x wife, They charge 20 dollars a hanger which isn't good quality the Welds broke with 2 weeks on one hanger it's home made. i drove to north Texas to get it fixed they replaced both sides and installed carven with burnt tips for 320.00 when I paid over 400.00 for basically two glass packs installed just hollow and no bending required they used scrap pieces to make the bends And cleaned the edges.. i Wish the business the best but they will no longer see my money or will I send people to them. read more
