I came into the store with my dad looking for jumper cables and a brush. We found the cables and…read morehad to ask an associate about the brush. The associate, Ross R. was unpleasant to say the least. Without speaking a word to us when we walked in nor when we asked him to help us find the brush, he walked us to them and just pointed. Then, when my dad told him we were looking for a different type, Ross gave him the nastiest look. He looked at him like he was stupid. Even if he was stupid, Ross' job is to sell us parts, equipment, etc. I will not be giving autozone my business anymore.
