As I backed down the ramp at Lake Belton, a brake pad literally fell off the driver's side wheel of my trailer. Johnny to the rescue!! First, he actually answered his own phone. Next, he set aside a block of time for me and assured me he would have the trailer back to me same day. Although the issue was more extensive than either of us initially suspected, Johnny got my repaired trailer back to me the same day, and the bill didn't sting as bad as I thought it would. I first got to know Johnny when he was with a "chain" trailer outfit and often noticed of the 3-4 folks standing in the office, only Johnny had grease on his hands. When he went out on his own, I followed him, and I'm glad I did!!! Go see Johnny!

(I've had cars that cost 4-5 times that much and that little Sebring has them all beat!!!) That car has made my life so much easier and the price was just right!! The process of buying a car here is easy and effortless. I am a repeat customer and am always looking for a good deal in town and close by so that I can fix it up and enjoy it. *READ IMPORTANT: When you buy a car here, don't go thinking that the car runs exactly like it did when it came off the showroom. I see a lot these misleading reviews from people who don't know how to buy a USED CAR. My advice, if you don't have extra money to fix the USED CAR, DON'T buy it. NO REFUNDS UNLESS STATED IN WRITING. Know this, MOST USED CARS are addressed as "SOLD AS IS". This is a used car dealership and when you buy a used car, sometimes it takes some TLC to have it running the way you need it to and some parts need to be replaced but they have a UNIQUE selection of vehicles that deserve the attention and love that will keep them on the road for years to come. When you show up here, have some knowledge of cars and be open-minded and realistic about what you are looking for and willing to fix up. 5-star customer service and knowledge, and passion for the automotive industry.!!! During my last oil change at your location, two of the wheel studs and lug nuts on my vehicle were…read moredamaged and improperly secured. When I called about the issue, I was told to bring it in and that it would be taken care of since I needed another oil change anyway. However, when I was contacted with the total, the price was significantly higher than a standard oil change. I requested a copy of the invoice and was then informed I would be charged $50 to replace the studs and lug nuts -- despite this being damage caused during my previous visit. I was told the charge was due to the tires being removed for brake work. That explanation is incorrect. I replaced the brakes and rotors prior to your team performing front-end work on my Jeep in 2024, and the tires have not been removed since the last rotation. I even provided documentation to confirm this. Because of this experience, I will not be returning for any future service. A mistake was made, and instead of taking responsibility, I was asked to pay for repairs that resulted from your shop's error. Whether this was poor business practice or an attempt to take advantage of me, it was unacceptable. I encourage others to carefully review their invoices and double-check any work performed

"The experts who finally fixed what others couldn't!"…read more I cannot recommend Quality Tire and Service enough. If you're tired of being told "everything is fine" while your car is literally fighting you on the road, go see them first. The Backstory: I previously took my vehicle to another shop twice to fix a severe pull and "wandering" issue. After two attempts and over $200 down the drain, they insisted the alignment was perfect. It wasn't. Driving was a chore, constant battling with the steering wheel just to stay in my lane. The Quality Tire Difference: The Diagnostic: The crew here didn't just slap it on the machine; they actually listened to the symptoms I described. The Fix: They found the issue almost immediately. It turns out the previous shop was off by a long shot. The Result: My vehicle finally drives straight as an arrow. No more wandering, no more pulling, and no more stress. Bottom Line: Don't waste your time or money at shops that just go through the motions. The team at Quality Tire & Service actually knows what they're doing and they get it right the first time.
