When I called about the issue, I was told to bring it in and that it would be taken care of since I needed another oil change anyway. However, when I was contacted with the total, the price was significantly higher than a standard oil change. I requested a copy of the invoice and was then informed I would be charged $50 to replace the studs and lug nuts -- despite this being damage caused during my previous visit. I was told the charge was due to the tires being removed for brake work. That explanation is incorrect. I replaced the brakes and rotors prior to your team performing front-end work on my Jeep in 2024, and the tires have not been removed since the last rotation. I even provided documentation to confirm this. Because of this experience, I will not be returning for any future service. A mistake was made, and instead of taking responsibility, I was asked to pay for repairs that resulted from your shop's error. Whether this was poor business practice or an attempt to take advantage of me, it was unacceptable. I encourage others to carefully review their invoices and double-check any work performed
