Don Ringler service has always taken care of us, and Cedar Park is a bit of a drive for car care. Set up the appointment online, checked in with no delays at the set time, and received a call very quickly, that the service was done. Looks like nee management and team has now created and aggressive your presence is power and does not give vehicle appraisals over the phone. Coupled with aggressive sales tactics by the manager and negative speaking against competition stating they will beat any trade value by 500 minimum however still being unable to give me their best value for my vehicle on the phone. They state they wont crew the customer over but when i gave a lowball example of how they used to discuss trade-for my vehicle: they jumped and said if we gave you that would you buy today question. The manager knew the number was horridly below market value and if i had said yes it would prove they are out to screw the customer. Bring back the old team. Not this lion pouncing, fast talking, trash talking manager/ team they have now. I respect a dealership talking about what they can do not talking about what others cant. For Toyota please shop around don't let this team corner you into a car.

    I am filing this review because I believe Mac Haik has failed to stand behind the vehicle they sold…read moreme and has provided little assistance in resolving ongoing mechanical issues despite my purchase of an extended warranty. I purchased a 2013 Toyota Camry on November 28, 2025. Since then, I have experienced multiple repairs, unexpected expenses, and extended periods without my vehicle. On February 23, 2026, the battery and ABS warning lights came on, the steering became difficult to operate, and the vehicle had to be towed to the dealership. Mac Haik diagnosed a failed alternator and belt. Even with an extended warranty, I paid $318.33 out of pocket. On May 12, 2026, I returned because the A/C was not blowing cold air while idling. The dealership found the system low on refrigerant, replaced a leaking Schrader valve, recharged the system, and later determined the flow sensor in the A/C compressor was not actuating properly. I paid another $343.68 for this repair. Unfortunately, the A/C issue was not resolved. I have since been told that additional repairs are needed, but those repairs are not covered under my extended warranty. I now am expected to pay more than $200 out of pocket. My vehicle has also been at the dealership since June 3, 2026, for over a month. During that time, I contacted both the service and sales departments for assistance with a loaner vehicle, but neither was even pretended to help with that request. I expected more support resolving these concerns. I have lost confidence in both the dealership and the value of the warranty I purchased.
