We were on vacation headed for the Texas hill country from Wichita Fall. The transmission, a six speed standard, locked up in our Dodge 3500 while pulling a 31 ft. Airstream travel trailer. We contacted a tow company and they sent a truck out. The driver was very professional and helpful. When I asked for a mechanic recommendation, he told me about Tom and said he was the best which proved to be correct. At that time Tom's shop was brand new as he had just recently started into business. The tow driver took us by to talk to Tom. He took the job and was the most professional business person I have seen. He had the truck ready to go very quickly and at a very fair price. I do not think I will ever forget Tom and the service he provided us. Tom is very very highly recommended by us. I regret not remembering the tow trunk driver's name. I was able to get Michael Glasgow from Glasgow Diesel out to my Gustine Texas location, as all of a sudden unexpectedly my husband's Volvo would not start, although we had new batteries in it. Michael immediately went to work and within an hour found out that suspected starter was not the problem, it was all starter connections and batteries dirty studs and connection points. We hotshot all through the United States and happened to have our 10 year old with us on one last trip before going back to school. My husband called Back on your feet to see if they had a recommendation what to do. As this is a small town and not a lot of space to just be pulled over on the side of the road. The owner answered the phone at 9pm. He told us his shop wasn't far so if the trailer was still drivable we could bring it to his lot and unhook so we could go get a room with our daughter. That was a huge help. Not to often you meet someone who will go back to his lot after already being home for the evening to let us put our trailer there. The next morning he had a tire contact who was able to come help us get the tires off the trailer and the axle chained up so we could limp it back to the dealership where everything was covered under warranty. We really appreciate his help. Without it we would of been stuck on the side of the road till the next day. So from the bottom of our heart. Thank you.

The owner was one of the first companies to respond and provide me with a quote. The quote was fair. It was not my least expensive quote, but it was not my most expensive quote either. What impressed me was his follow-up and ease to work with. He was flexible while a arranged the appointment with the repair shop and once that was done Mater's came and picked up the truck and got it to the repair facility. I think what I was most impressed about was that they showed up when the said they would. He gave me a 1 hour window of when the driver would arrive and they were there at the beginning of the one hour window. I would definitely trust them and recommend them if you are looking for a reliable company that says and does what they say the will do!
